macof: No that makes her Nigerian-Ewe
Her igbo and yoruba ancestry is to far behind in my opinion, her paternal grandmother was the last yoruba person in her ancestry and maternal great grandmother the last igbo
If families as prominent as Hebert Macaulay and Nnamdi Azikiwe weren't involved will anybody take note of her far igbo and yoruba connection? but what is all this segregation about.?? It's not cool. She is Ghanaian Nigerian pere. |

The significance of this is that though wormhole and white holes are yet be discovered, it might be possible someday. The possibility of wormhole made me long the movie series Stargate Atlantis I somehow believe in the story of Atlantis. Have u heard of the hollow earth theory? |

docadams: That stipulation must have been placed because of the body language of GEJ that permitted and supported corruption. His regime was an era when swalliwags and nincopoops travelled to Abuja on the back o articulated trucks or borrowed #5000 to return to their communities as made looters. Next, they ported to Ghana, UAE, China etc to squander dollars on questionable business ventures to hide their loot. And of course, Ghana capitalised because they know the game plan of our looters. The past governments have been biased and shoddy in their dealings.. When the Ghana president said Nigeria is Practising over protectionism and being a bully . Nigerians took it the other way round.. Ecowas has provided the ground for internal integration, but despite that fact. Nigeria banned a lot of Ghanaian goods and business from entering Nigeria. Using a lot of grounds to suite their reason. Of which a lot of big men were behind. Because of the fear of competition. Trying to play smart and all. In turn the Ghana gov said pay 300k if you want to enter the market. Sounds outrageous.. Yeah.. Well there is no smoke without fire. I believe that buhari visit will do a lot and foster a positive relationship amongst the two countries |

OrlandoOwoh: If any attempt is made to change our name today, the same people that have problem with us being called Nigeria, will kick against it. I have always advocated that, if we desire to, our name should be changed to "Songhai", after one of the three kingdom that existed in West Africa during the Trans-Saharan era. Fani-Kayode will be the first to kick against it. Songhai covered parts of today's northern Nigeria, which he has some reservations for.
Apart from Ghana (Gold Coast) and Benin (Dahomey), I will want to know which other African country changed its name after independence. alot.. Zaire - Congo, upper Volta - Burkina Faso, ivory coast - cotediviore, Southern Rhodesia - Zimbabwe, dahomey - rep of Benin etc |

betty202020: Kudos to the indian. We import toothpick, cotten bud, rice, tomato, clothes, even whot we play. if nigeria should stop importation today, china economy will not remain the same. if nigeria stop drug importation, india will beg for food soon nigeria will import crude oil. well India won't beg because your people will fall sick. and you will have no choice than to end your unnecessary strike. Prices might even go High so you will end up paying more. That's a win win for them. That's because India and China have created a system, while Nigeria has been comfortable playing in the system they created. . If Nigeria wants to stop that dependency it starts now but will take 10 years or more to fully see the benefits. Same goes to all of Africa |

ttmacoy: I have not said Nigerians are not smart but I am against this attitude of Nigerians making such statement about others with a sense of entitlement.
My post was in response to the poster say Indians are not too smart. That is pure stereotyping and arrogance to believe Nigerians are smarter than others. You have smart Nigerians as you have smart Indians. Same with dumb ones.
We try to belittle others to make us feel better about our situation making disparaging statements like ordinary Ghana , even Togo etc. you have made a valid point. And that's why Nigerian neighbours have issues with Nigeria |
