I wish I was too fat I'll easily convert it to muscles and bulkiness.. I saw a post on this thread a few months back explaining the 3 types of body that exists.. I'm definitely the first body type example.. that naturally will take years to gain weight and muscles... but like they say, this life no balance.. one man's meat is another man's poison... but hey we can achieve anything we desire... we just need to get our brain off the wishing matrix and plug into the achieving matrix..

congratulations.. success ahead.. I saw a video on yabaleft's Instagram handle.. the guy literally went from looking skinny to looking like Jack Reacher in two years.. I was inspired.. you can achieve your goal, just be disciplined.. I'm going to start soon as well.. or should I say resume.. I was hitting the gym during the lockdown.. men!!!! I really fell in love with myself.. activities has taken most of my time but in terminators voice "I'll be back!!!!"
