Plus I just looked again into both documents... Would the Presidency use a letter headed EFCC paper to address the EFCC..?? the document is from the presidency and not from the agency. If the Agency was the one addressing the letter to the president, this case would stand, but in reverse its the President addressing the EFCC...

Nope, it's more like a restriction to hinder mobile network downloads sized at over 100mb. There was an update from the Windows Developers Preview that removed this restriction from my phone..
Even if na 1gb, my mobile network go download am..so far my data sense allows it.

The 100mb download limit on windows store does not work all the time oh!.. I for one have downloaded 2 apps sized above 100mb with my mobile network from the app store.
Don't know how I did it but I know one thing for sure, the developer review allows me do a lot of things normal persons don't do..

My Reason for doing this, I believe I've slacked off.. Not designed a thing for about a year now. Research in Agriculture is taking away all my Designing skills. So I would be doing this just to keep fit. Ya'll Understand I guess.
