Which other ISP's would allow this a month without heavy throttling 🤷🏼‍♂️

Dufil makes it here locally somewhere in Ibeju Lekki

See my naming pattern

StarJ24... 2.4Ghz
StarJ50....5.0Ghz

I don't think it's the naming pattern

Then you can connect to StarJ50

Snart303:
How are you able to use 5GHZ band ? I use iPhone 12promax

I'll advise you rename your 5ghz connection with another name, then connect your phone to it.

Been monitoring Starlink role out in Nigeria. I think it's time to jump in.

On checking thier site, I notice the following:

1. Prices are given in Naira. Does this mean that payments can be made in Naira?

2. Hardware cost is now N268k. Does this mean price has been slashed from the initial >N500k?

3. One of the spec of the router says it allows up to 12 Starlink mesh nodes. What exactly is Starlink mesh node?

4. The range of the router is 185m. Does this mean within this range one Does not need to boost signal?

Will appreciate those knowledgeable with the service to please help answer.
Thanks

Sorry Brother, you'll still be paying in Dollars converted to Naira. So that's not the price

purplekayc:
What about throttling?

Easy millionaire in dollars. The streaming revenue is hot! Congratulations in big folds

Issokay

iOS works for who really needs it, but if you truly are need something that actually functions more open-ended, you can never function with an iOS device.

Census is here again!!! Coming up next week Wednesday through Friday.

So been thinking... 🤔 how is this census going to be for singles? The last time I experienced it was in the family house with everyone still living under the same roof.

I'm thinking I should go to my elder sisters house and do mine or will I be the only one they'll count in my apartment? Under which family tree kwanu?

What ya think?

I think that was 2006.

udemzyudex:

Just get a good phone that won't lag and will take anything you throw at it and use it for a year plus or more and save money for other things.

Na soo. Before na 6 months but now na 1 year plus. Moved to Pixel after a long time.

I just decided to make my OnePlus 7pro my last and keep it with me for a very long time.

Please how effective is the syinix inbuilt satellite decoder?

I intend getting one but I need to be sure the inbuilt decoder is capable of swaying me off these cable TVs

Sorry I have no idea about that. It's connected to my Starlink and DSTV.

GChux1:
Originally locked to a US network. But unlocked through a PC. Everything works. All SIM works. But has to be unlocked again if you erase the phone. Sweet deals manu

Thanks Man. Hope eSIM would still work also. This is a good deal

WW unlocked. Sorry Bro. Can you explain just a bit. Thanks

mctfopt:
Please is the other sides with white stuff standing only on the aluminium roofing sheet? I don't seen to see nail line to signify there is wood underneath there? I'm asking as my friend intends to do a roof mount too and we are having difficulty in the install.

Find where the wood is on your roof to nail down on.

This phone that year. Time is master.

Just to add to it. The only ISP at 150-200mbps for true unlimited internet at around 30k that I know of is Starlink. What happened is that a lot of people put too much unrealistic expectations on it, which is wrong. But one thing all the other ISP's lack that Starlink takes care of is the location coverage. Even in very heavy rain, I can still stream 4k contents with no issues. However if you are a person that would upload contents, it might not just be for you.
Just know that local ISP's will tell you that once you reach a particular quota your speed will drop, even when they claim unlimited.
Screen shot of what I used in 8 days of getting it, and it's not a month yet.

I've done that.. Just waiting for them to take the money like a thief in the night.. Meanwhile I got a message that my hardware is faulty, they are preparing shipment for another kit to me, I should prep the one am using for return.. Elon musk and him organization na mad people full am

They are not Mad per say, but are certainly not Normal
