Town Hall meeting different from Bala blu. |
calebbintus:Sense u no get. Did i call any political party's name here. |
I would be drinking mine when I am set to watch elclassico tonight. |
Orji knows he may not return to the senate. With Bvas they are getting humbled. |
This is my Voters card. My wife and I, strictly for Obi
|
Someone who has never travelled in his life time sitting in his house in Lagos and thinks that APC will win this election. Hmm,I am igbo and I live and work in the north. I pity APC sha. I will not talk...after the election we shall know who is lying. |
BluntTheApostle:My brother, after this election u will see the effect of LP. I agree with u that Abuja has always been PDP but we can't say that now because of the situation in the country. |
If u talk about APC in Abuja today, people will look at u as if u are mad. |
BluntTheApostle:Why won't he import? I just laugh when many of u talk without using ur heads. There is no country that dont import. Does Nigeria manufacture Toyota cars...no. Does she produce ketchup no. Does she produce quality Chocolates no. And u think he should not import. Do u produce phones in ur country no. And here u are talking rubbish. Reason with ur head and stop saying what others say out of envy. Nigeria is not a manufacturing country hence the reason why many of her goods and services are import dependent. China still depend on American wheat and corn for survival. They are the largest importer of wheat in the world, including pigs and several other kind of products. U are educated and still talk like someone whose is finished. No wonder many of u are unemployable because u can't think for yourselves. |
Pls,avoid a liability. And also check the background of the lady u are about dating for marriage. Do not let anyone deceive u oh that it does not matter. Background checks is vital before any other thing. |
Tired2022:If u can reduce ur expenses u will achieve a lot. Yes,a lot! |
U are just a good Nigerian. Speaking your mind is good. And that sets you apart honestly. If anyone calls u a bad name, let them take up the responsibility if they think it is easy. |
oliseh99:An alhaji was kidnapped in Kano. And they later exchange him for son and wife when they brought some amount of money which they felt was not enough. So,after which they left the man and kidnapped his son and wife,he went back, sold his house in Kano for 30million collected loan of 12 million and went back to bail his son in the Bush. But if happens in the east, they will politicise it as if the whole region is on fire while in reality, the north is really being hit hard by the activities of these terrorist. No doubt, there is problem in the east but it is politically motivated and the former governor of imo state and even the present governor has said it many times. And there are pockets of miscreants parading themselves as ipod and esm which in real sense of it,they are just self imposed criminals. In summary,Nigeria is on fire. These are crimes borne out of joblessness. |
Holla911:Leave sentimentsbehind. He was not a performer. Every governor talks about his reign not about his successors. Let him talk about his own personal performance. After all oaths of office was not taken this same day. However,I schooled at ijeshatedo grammar school in Okota area of Lagos built and completed by one good man named Jakonde. No governor since the history of this country has ever surpassed that great man in the areas of development not even Peter Obi. Lastly,I am igbo before bringing up tribalism. During the days of Obi,he out performed his peers not even Fashola can come close. During the days of Tinubu governor Duke out and Ibori out performed Tinubu and the the former Gomve state governor who were his peers I think Dankwambo. U can Google these facts. Tinubu was never a match to these men I just mentioned. |
U are on point my brother. I said it, here last time that both Atiku and Tinubu are not energetically fit for this job. Elect them and see how many of u would come back to praise Buhari. |
Madam,a good woman builds her home and not destroy it. U have been trying with the way u split bills with him but don't allow comfort to destroy ur home now. Think twice. No doubt few women can do what u have done...pls apply wisdom. |
Holla911:Apart from village meeting. Can u allow a 90years old man to run a tech company in this age. Asiwaju is an old school. He is pretty behind in everything. During his time as Governor,he was not among the best performing governor. He was totally not in the ranks of governors who did well. So,how do anyone think he has the magic wand to change the country when most youths in Lagos have all turned to Street cultists and agbero of all sorts. |
PandoraObi:See ur head. No be aerial view alone...go and bring palm tapper from ur village to come and tap the view now. |
uba1991:Peter Obi is the largest investor in Gerewa rice mill in Kano, one of the biggest in the north. Ask about this if u don't know. Is a pure fact. U will never hear him brag about it. |
SeaTrade:Make ur contribution and quit the guess work. U have written more than the subject matter. Be cooling down...OK. |
I have been wondering too. U see,I am thinking one thing, like some APC men are working behind the scene to leave Tinubu behind. Their body language says alot. |
BossGerald:They don't even know. |
kayfra:Guy,if u have money, day job becomes a sin. Like me now,I have a job but I am not nearing my office till next month. Every body must not suffer before he or she eats. I have made the money that can cater for my family in one year. That is the secret of working smart and not working hard. All na God sha. |
00FFT00:Are u sure u know this Lagos u are talking about. There is no place in Lagos where one tribe dominates. If u have say, a yoruba landlord, most his tenants might be other tribe. |
Spandau:U dey mind the guy. |
Drug Lords are always smart. Like Elchapo deguzma like Tinubu. |
But Obama meddled in the 2015 elections in ur favour. |
From Abuja. President....LP Senatorial......LP House rep ......LP Whether good or bad. |
lhordspy:This man again. Bros try and be sleeping in the afternoon now. |
Banilla:U have not seen bullet babe. Be cooling down...if u see real bullet u won't say this. No Nigerian man can take any bullet for any woman except accidental discharge. Just be calming down ok. |
Kai... Last week we were looking for someone to give a corrola until Friday when a man showed up. |
As the world neared the end of the 1700s, it was apparent that France had established itself as one of the wealthiest and most powerful countries in Europe. Although the individuals in the poorest classes would never reap the benefits of that status, France had positioned itself highly among the other European nations. However, the status quo could not prevail, and within a few short years, the French Revolution would completely capsize all sense of normalcy that had pervaded the country for so long. This Revolution would eventually result in the death of the King, his wife, and others. The causes can be narrowed to five main factors: the Estate System, Absolutism, ideas stemming from the Enlightenment, food shortages, and The American Revolution. The Estate System in France was essentially a caste system that ranked and placed people into groups based on wealth and power. Those in the highest tier, the 1st Estate, were the most powerful. Those in the lowest, the 3rd Estate, were the poorest, had the fewest rights, and paid half their income in taxes. This created resentment toward the nobility and the church, who all comprised the highest levels of the Estate System. To further fuel the anger of the French population - 90% of which was in the 3rd Estate - King Louis XVI had absolute power over his subjects, a practice known as absolutism. Louis XVI was convinced that his status came from God, and that gave him the right to maintain the highest level of power in the country. It was quite common for Louis XVI to ensure that the people in the highest tiers of society were taken care of, and that they had adequate amounts of food. Conversely, the bottom tiers of society were practically starving. Food shortages ravaged the country, and there was a low supply of bread due to poor harvests. Thus, as the demand for bread increased, so did the prices of bread, since it was so hard to come by. This in turn increased tension and anger among the 3rd Estate individuals. Many ideas about how society and government should work were emerging around this time. These ideas would come primarily from the Age of Enlightenment, or the period of time in which thinkers promoted concepts such as science and reasoning over tradition. Enlightened thinkers championed new ideas regarding government, equality, and democracy. The people of France were also inspired by the American Revolution in which America had successfully gained independence from Britain. This served as an example of a proper revolution, and provided a sort of guideline as to how a country could revolt against its oppressor. |
