I want you to know that there is a serious difference between a well and a borehole. A borehole is drilled to the fresh water aquifer and is done in such a way that underground water contamination is avoided, whereas a well is prone to both surface contamination and underground water contamination. From what you said, it seems the water table is not that far in the project location. I want you to tell me the location so that I can give you more information.
