Business / Business Partnership by Ibomo(m): 2:34pm On Dec 13, 2017
Hello all, I have intentions to start a business in the University Community of Amassoma, in Bayelsa State. This business will focus on providing loans for Small and Medium Scale Enterprises, Mortgage Consultung, Microfunance Consu!ting, and will provide Agent Banking services too.

The community has only one bank and that bank is in the university campus. There are lots of businesses in that community that are either unbanked or underbanked. I have a good location to use for the proposed business. I am looking for someone with background in the financial sector(preferably microfinance). If you think this is a good endeavor and you are willing to partner, contact me on ibomo@yahoo.com or WhatsApp me on 2348035498527 and tell me what you can bring to the table.

Best regards.

Jobs/Vacancies / Re: PHOTOS: Jobless Lady Seen On The Street Of Port Harcourt by Ibomo(m): 8:03am On May 18, 2016
Mattin:
She got a Phd at/before the age of 26
It's debasing if she has a Phd and can't think out the box but carry play card.
If true, there is always a job in the private owned high schools though meagre pay.
Why am I even finding it hard to believe the story and pics

She's a PhD student and not a PhD holder. Learn to read please.

Stephrocks:
PHD at 26? If that's true she's gold in any university this her advert looks shakey.

If you have money to do masters and PHD you are bold enough to start a business of your old and there are few PHD holders at 26 the is more to her story for now i am not buying this story.

Try and learn to read please. The paper says PhD Student and not a PhD qualification.
Romance / Re: When She's Older Than You by Ibomo(m): 11:13pm On Apr 20, 2016
If you see a woman who honors you and is submissive unto you, love her and be prepared to die for her. Don't go for wealth; it can deceive. Don't go for looks either; even that fades away. Go for someone who'll make you smile because it takes only a smile to make a dark day seem bright.

Age has little to do with marriage. Though, I have nothing against any man who prefers to marry a lady older than he is and vice versa.

My opinion though. You are directing, please.

These police people and their "further investigations" that never yields fruitful results sef. As for politicians, keep killing each other. Very soon, you would have killed all yourselves and the patriotic leaders would rise to lead the nation to greater heights. Rest in Peace to the dead sha. I hope you made peace with your creator before your untimely death.
Politics / Re: Godwin Emefiele Should Be Suspended by Ibomo(m): 11:40pm On Jul 21, 2015
This Jim Ovia sef na real uninvited tombo fly o. Can he allow his orders to be faulted in his Zenith Bank? As for Godwin, just pray that your God wins in this matter or else you are already fired. Just save yourself the shame and tender your resignation as you return. Buhari's style of leadership may not be liked, but at least he's leading strongly and taking decisions. I don't like all the decisions my boss takes, but unless I want to find myself in the "busy doing nothing" category of people, I have to agree first and talk it out with him later. And that's called followership.

When you get yourself educated(and I don't mean going to school and getting one degree that you cannot defend), you can come out and call others illiterate. Until then, sell your phone and buy books.

Romance / Re: Why Do Nigerian Men Like Fat Women? by Ibomo(m): 9:39am On Oct 17, 2013
You call it fat, but I call it "a woman with flesh on her bones". As for the `why`? They are a good sport in bed because they enjoy lovemaking better.
Phones / Re: BlackBerry's Open Letter To Customers, Partners & Fans by Ibomo(m): 3:19pm On Oct 16, 2013
Yes, BlackBerry is having difficult times in retaining their market share and value. The company as it stands holds just 2.1% of the market share value Guess who holds over 80%... that's right... Android. and that's where the Tecnos, Samsungs, Huaweis, come in.

Honestly, I really love the move by the company to remind loyal customers of the company's commitment to a relationship that has been created over the years.

Whenever I buy a product, I don't buy the actual product, but rather what the product does for me. So ask yourself; what does my BlackBerry do for me? and what does other devices do for me?

As for me, I use a Samsung phone, a BlackBerry, and recently just bought the Phantom N9 pad from Techno. And all of these devices are doing just fine in their different categories.

Lastly, these companies have done really great to develop these products for we the consumers and I really do appreciate.
TV/Movies / Re: Controversial Boko Haram Movie Debuts! by Ibomo(m): 4:12pm On Oct 10, 2013
good move by Ghana censors board. the director/producer of the movie are very insensitive. you can't do a movie about a problem while d problem remains unsolved.

Thank you for your comment.

Food / Re: Why Do Nigerians Cook Their Stew So Much? by Ibomo(m): 8:07am On Sep 11, 2013
@OP, next time cook your stew this way:

Steam your meat with pepper, maggi, onions, curry and thyme if you like. Rosemary if you like also. Don't forget to add salt o. When your meat is well cooked, add groundnut oil to it. Pour your grounded tomato into the pot(Don't boil the tomato until the water is dried. Just use it like that so u don't need to add water to the stew again). Stir thoroughly and allow to cook. U could also mix the fresh tomato with tin tomato for ur taste. Taste it, add salt, maggi and/or pepper to ur taste.

Bring down ur pot when its done and enjoy ur stew.
TV/Movies / Re: Five Ways Hollywood Movies Are As Bad As Nollywood Movies. by Ibomo(m): 10:14pm On Aug 24, 2013
Nice post. But have you ever had a hard thought why the hollywood films are like that? The Americans simply want to show you how supreme they are compared to the rest of the world. Research and you'll find(even though they won't agree) that the good guy cum super hero is America while the bad guys cum villains are the rest of the world. My opinion is that we should start showing this our much talked about "Giant of Africa" in our own movies instead of this hanky panky higilipogili we act on weekly basis for our viewing displeasure. Ever seen a police, law court, hospital and politicking scenes in Nollywood? U go vex die! These guys don't know dot and make no effort whatsoever to research. I also noticed that these Hollywood movies you are talking about are old movies. Even that old style of acting sef, we no fit copy and act. For me, I never watch any Nollywood movie, because e dey make me vex.
