Regarding what you said abt stream II, actually they were those deployed to Adamawa but due to the Boko issue, have to camp in Taraba as Taraba stream II.
So after the camping those who will like to stay will be sent back to adamawa but those who wished not to stay will be redeployed elsewhere.
