54bn lying fallow? NASS are nothing but suckers of blood. This 54bn was what was originally allocated to the rail project as was Kano. During the budget missing era, they played with it and removed that project and failed to assign the funds somewhere else. Cant you see the fools are fooling you.

I the NASS needs to be shown its limit. These guys think they're the most powerful, they think they can mive things around to favour their corrupt driven constituency projects. I think the Femi man took the discussion out of context and sounded political and ofcos, the students who lacked the ability to think through the lines got carried away. How can you say no fight against corruption? How can you argue on creating new institutions to fight corruption, when EFCC has been very well strengthened?
