Ensure you include your marriage cert, marriage pictures, courtship pictures, facebook or whatsapp messages, call logs, upkeep payment from spouse evidence e.t.c to proof that your relationship with your husband is subsisting.

I will like to make some enquiries and will appreciate responses.

I have just applied for Masters program with my maiden name though married.

My new International passport is on my maiden name.

My marriage certificate is intact.

Though, I plan renewing it with my new name after this expires.

My concerns are:
I hope there won't be any issue during my visa application as my partner will be a Tier 4 Dependant.

Is there any law stating that your Intl. Passport must be in your partner's name before being issued visa.

I await your reply.

Asking for a friend...She was denied UK visa in 2006. She intends to apply soon.
Is it necessary for her to mention it that She has once be refused in 2006 which is over 13 years now.

Will this have any effect on her outcome.

Pros is it’s a lovely course.
Pro is if you’re fine die, you might just marry and your hustle would make sense.

Cons is you won’t get a job u less you are British because a lot of their people study it.
Con again is really? for a masters? Isn’t there an alternative that you will use when you go back to Nigeria? (Cos I’m yet to see social work get a good job in Nigeria unless it’s through connect).


FINAL PRO- seeing as they are giving 2 year post study, you may get work in social care (but don’t feel insulted that your boss doesn’t even have bsc).
FINAL CON- The issue is what will happen after the two years when you don’t get a husband or a sponsor? Another masters?

WhY don’t you consider teaching like the lovely lady above spoke about?

Then clink on: Family member- (under Apply) click on Partner. Simply....

You will need to upload your bank Statement (@least N3,000,000) £6120
Or if using the same bank Statement both of u will need +£9135 =15,255 that's almost N7,500,000 (using £490 or 500)

2) The main Applicant must first apply before the dependent.

3) Upload at least 2 Pictures of:
Pre-wedding,
Wedding pix,
Family pix,

4). Marriage certificate,
Social media stuffs and Change of name AFFIDAVIT (not necessary anyway) but never too much. It's an advantage.

5) Uplaod Dependent Tuberculosis Certificates

U will need main Applicant CAS No.

Yes it’s possible.
The process is the same as yours.
The rate limiting factor for most is usually the maintenance funds. But if you have already covered that then you can apply at the same time.
O your form, you select visa category as tier-4 (General)
On your spouse’s own, they select tier-4 (dependant).
In your application, you answer YES where asked if you are traveling with any dependants. You input your spouse’s details in the next set of questions...etc
I’m your spouse’s application, they input your details as the main holder.

Simple as A..B..C

I just heard that all the supervisors are back in Abuja and collation of names has started.. Some names will soon be rolled out for collection of APL.

It was said that some people didn't come for their documentation while their names are on the list..OYO state recorded 49 absenteeism.
