My laptop screen blinks when the laptop moves... Whats the fault... Its not driver, its not screen... Could it be the flex because the microphone nd webcam have also stopped working and they're also connected to the flex, thanks

I once dreamt I was an Avatar(someone who could control fire, water, sand and air)... The dream was so real I had to goto the bathroom when I woke up to see if I really could control water, you know the rest. At that time, I nicknamed myself Avatar Kream and it was cool... Gud day gamers... My main pad is spoilt so I wanted to cut the usb to join it directly to the second one(that sud work). Buh my problem now is the usb cord has 4 wires(white, black, green, red) while the pad has 8(white, black, green, red, orange, yellow, blue and brown). Is there any way I can join these wires together to make it work? Thanks.
