whats the difference between DOT3 and DOT4?

still need help

A friend of mine has a 2000 honda accord and he noticed the break fluid is low
He has never refilled the break fluid since he bought it 5 months ago
On the cap break fluid tank its written 'USE DOT3 OR DOT4'
and he does know the present fluid
should he use DOT3 or DOT4?
will there be any effect if the  fluids mix in the break system?
and whats the difference between DOT3 and DOT4 ?

i drive a 94 honda accord LX sedan US spec. i bought it over 130,000 miles and 1 have done over 84,000 miles on it, thats total of over 200,000 miles. and its stilll good

i have a good question, about 1 year after purchase i noticed jerks on stand sill i serviced the injectors but it continued slightly after 3weeks i knew i had 2 change them but i traveled abuja to owerri and back in 1 week and it stopped. and it has been almost 18 months with out jerks from the nozzels. plesae can any 1 tell me why it stopped

a 632cc engine is too small, thats what a bike has

whats its max speed? 30, 40 miles per hour?

i know some i who bought a kia picanto, 18months later his car had lost somuch power that he floors his accelerator pedal to attain 90kmph.if hes on AC he cant exceed 75kmph.
dont think kia pincanto is that good
