Good evening dear Nairalanders.

I've been having swelling on my anus since 2014. I saw a pharmacist and he prescribed Anusol for me to buy. After taking the Anusol, I felt better for some days and the swelling reduced but it came back few day later.

Now being almost 8 years ago. January 2022 will make it 8 years that I've been having this pile.

I've gone to University hospital in my State here in Jos and the woman also suggested Anusol for me. I've taken the Anusol but I'm still stock where I am. No difference at all.

Please has anybody ever experienced pile?
How did you get rid of yours?

The worst part now is that the pile comes with pain now. It almost feels like there's pepper in my anus.

Somebody please help me. Please don't just read and ignore me. Please see me as your brother or your son. Please help me fam.

Good day my people , I’ve been a ghost reader for many years on Nairaland, and this forum has been helpful to my life in general ..



Like some 3to4 month ago, I went to a lab to run hiv and hepatitis B test with my girlfriend , we both tested negative. And ever since then I’ve never had sex with any other person other than her.

I do conduct test like 3 times in a year to ascertain my health status ..
My girlfriend is a student , and she does come every week and we always have unprotected sex using withdrawal method
So just three days ago, I decided that we should go for test again in that same lab, for hiv, hepatitis B and blood group test.. and to my greatest surprise,

She’s negative . But I’m hepatitis B positive..

Pls note that since I started dating her , going to like one year and 3months now, I have never had sex with any other person other than her..

When we did the test 3days ago , we were both negative but the lab asked me to rerun the test personally . I did yesterday and I was diagnosed with hepatitis B.. they ran the test multiple times .
( they told me to come collect the results tomorrow)

I’m 23 years and I live in south south here . I’m financially doing well and I’m not the wayward type . Infact she’s the only girl I would have raw sex with for the past 5 years .. before I met her I did use condom if I was going to have sex .. if i go to barber shop, I always make sure the clipper is well sterilized and I don’t share sharp objects or personal stuff with people ..
I live alone , nobody visits me other than my girlfriend
