PETERiCHY: Since ipo in 2007/2008 Transcorp has been churning bad results which made it nosedive from #9:50 but with their improved 1st quarter 2019 result couple with their oil and power paparazzi we are SURE breaking the January N2:80k resistance level.

The Zenithic journey may not be that fast. My only worry is that Zenith always form big boy too much to carry trouser for hand and pick race very fast like the younger ones..... |

Mpeace: Why do you think some of us are buying fbnh and diamond. These banks took the highest impairments and suffered greatly in terms of price depreciation. They are set to enjoy some reprieve by way of reduction in provisions, write-backs and recoveries. These will also affect their share price. Negative surprises may not be over. Thread with optimum caution. Banks have a bad record for write backs..? |

kolaish: With due respect, but it is unfortunate that you have wasted your time reading all these while. You may as well call all investors and those that are managing all the companies/industries in the Nigeria Stock Exchange gamblers or Baba Ijebu. Thereafter you can refer to the New York Stock Exchange and all exchange in the world as Gambling Plaza.
The truth be told, investing in the stock exchange means that you become a shareholder of a holding entity/company. Think of being a shareholder in Nestle, Unilever, Zenith etc. The NSE will remain a gambling site for you if you do not know what you are doing. The exchange is there to accommodate all sorts of approaches. You can chose to approach it as a game table, it is allowed, your money never get rejected and your motive never questioned. Only ensure you watch your back like a hawk... |

Jones4190: China is currently the world's leading economic power, in China there is Zero Church!
Finland has the most stable economy in the world today. There are less than twenty churches in Finland!
Switzerland has the second most stable economy in the world. Switzerland has fewer than thirty churches!
Denmark is the third most stable economy in the world, there are about 23 churches in Denmark.
These countries are considered to have the highest number of atheists, but they are blessed!
Come to Nigeria, there are more than 50,000 churches. +25 000 churches in Lagos. +2 500 churches in Oyo
In Africa, we have more churches than schools and hospitals combined! More pastors than doctors. Everyone is born again!o Everyone is covered with the blood of Jesus! Jesus even became the husband of all single women (according to them) in revival churches! Everyone is filled with the Holy Spirit! However, none of these claims reflect the moral elevation that is hoped for in a society.
We are among the laziest, the most deceiving, the most corrupt, the most hypocritical, the most hateful on the planet today, with all our Jesus and the Holy Spirit!
Our people need to distinguish between religion and stupidity or between spirituality and tradition!.
Wake up!!! Now, just guess where we would have been without these churches. Hell on earth! |

Toluway: Russian missiles did not take part and had nothing to do with it. Rather, Russia is jeering at US because most of the allies missiles were put down by Syrian anti-missile contraption that was developed in the 50s. That put into ridicule the USA missiles which Trump described as new and smart ! Truth is always the first casualty of any war.... |

RabbiDoracle: Damascus has been attacked.
Russians have seen a smarter missiles than theirs. After this they will re-evaluate their technology and will not escalate the war further because they have seen a better tech than theirs.
Oil price may hit 100 before the month ends if Russia attempts to strike US.
Russia may open a new front in Ukraine where Putin will send in troops to reclaim more of Ukrainian territory just to anger the world.
Key into big banks with bad O & G loans. Recovery is gradually coming.
I'm not a war monger but all these analysis na to find how to profit from the current state of the world. You never made or sold any chemical weapons in Syria. You never advised anyone to use them. You never asked anyone to live where they were used. You never intended for Russia to be arrogant. You never asked Trump to strike. After all even Veecovee will NEVER give back his stock gains that will evidently come from these acts of war..... |

yok: MSCI ADDITION FOR 6 APRIL 2018/GENERAL MARKET COMMENT FOR WEEK ENDED 6 APRIL 2018
This market has hit most investors so hard. It is like a period for taking some time off the market and planning the next move.
The fund may not make substantial investment for now as the capital gain from the market is at a very low level; see the information below the movements.
Due to the state of the market, any purchase now need to be backed up by strong fundamentals to prevent immediate capital loss. I am having these equities on my watch list, but will only buy when my indicator show that there is momentum for positive price movement; Forte Oil, Transcorp, CCNN among others. My safe bet will still be on any equity that will not be affected by any deterioration in the Naira/Dollar rate.
Caution: This is for information purpose only. Data used are assumed to be correct. However, you may want to verify the data from an appropriate source. This fund keeps buying Unilever endlessly. Why |

Buhari is so lucky that IBB, TY DANUUMA, OBASANJO are no longer in the army. They would'nt have been merely advising and complaining. Especially IBB, he would have had a better solution this time around after reading the 48 laws of power. Even TRUMP will look the other side if there is still even one single patriotic Nigerian army officer. Dasuki is paying the price for not being a fine officer like TY DANJUMA. How I wish I had been in Dasuki's position in 1985, Nigeria would not have found itself with a cow's portrait. .. |
