spyder880: Thank you my man, I just woke up with a thirst to do something different today, what,what,....emmm, supposing I open a new thread where I will be showing building plans, elevations and quoting the prices for building the house, start to finish.
I am thinking of listing the locations where my listed prices will be applicable and above all, the conditions, durations etc. I think this will solve the problems of my answering mails back and forth and shorten the negotiation process for intending home owners.
