This idiot again.
His only loyalty to Buhari is as a fellow dictator.
An ordinary committee chairman who arrogated absolute power to himself.
He ordered illegal raid without warrants, seize money and properties of suspects and never
remit any to the government he claimed to be working for.
It was almost comical when we discovered that he forged his WAEC just like his principal.

The ICPC should intensify effort to arrest him.
I have no problem with witchhunt as long as the target is a confirm witch.
He was making noise all over the place going after only supposed thieves from the South but left sacred thieves from the North go free. I don't support those corrupt elements from the South but this Obla guy didn't touch anyone from the North. Go and check his records. That foolish guy must be arrested and jailed. ICPC and EFCC should be fast about it

Of what reasons do we have customs at the entrance if they can not checkmate incoming good by allowing the goods permitted by law and restrict the ones restricted by law. Closing border shows we do not have officials whose duty is to protect the border. We should render customs useless and device another means of checkmating our borders.
You can see how empty some of your country men and women are because no one, not even the media, has ask the government the specific duty of Customs. Instead, they are dancing unclad praising the incompetent government for border closure. It's a pity!

You mean after they re-open the borders in January, smuggling will stop? Who are those aiding and abetting smuggling? Are they not the Nigeria Customs Service? The sensible thing to do is to retrain and reorganize our Customs for effective service delivery and adopt severe punitive measures for corrupt officials. We won't do it but choose to close land borders while business as usual continue anytime it's re-open. The funny thing is some people are jubilating that Government is doing well by closing borders. Very useless country
Politics › Re: Nigerian Government to Open Borders Next January by id911(m):
You close borders but you continue to pay customs their salaries and the CG Of Customs, whose duty is to check smuggling along the borders, has not been sack. Why not disband the Nigeria Customs Service since they have failed in their duties to police the borders and close the borders indefinitely? Using archaic method to solve contemporary problems can't solve anything but will rather aggravate it.
Very useless Government

VAR can sometimes be very funny. I've seen a match with clear penalty while VAR final decision was NO PENALTY, after review, the very impartial centre referee ignored the fake VAR decision and gave the penalty to the admiration of all. First time it happened.

That was penalty for Napoli but VAR went to sleep

I don't even understand why marijuana is being criminalized despite its monumental benefits which far outweigh whatever disadvantages it may have . Some developed countries are in the process of decriminalizing marijuana but Nigeria is still playing to the gallery. I wish black man doesn't even exist because we are too foolish not to think outside the box. Something we can make so much money from, we criminalized it because a white man pressured us to do so while we accept tobacco they sell to us. It's a pity

First supreme court ruling goes against Atiku and PDP

The Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Tanko Muhammad, who leads the seven-man panel of the apex court, in the lead ruling consented to by other members, overruled Atiku and his party’s request that their seven interlocutory appeals should be heard after the main one must have been argued.

The seven-man panel held that it would be unnecessary to hear the interlocutory appeals when a judgment on the main appeal marked SC.1211/2019 would cover the field.
Nothing like ruling here, it was just the order the PDP Legal Team wanted their their case but the judges said otherwise

Justice Odili and Ngwuta are well know PDP loyalist. Their ties to PDP is not something anybody can dispute so I’m even nice to them in my initial post.

Whether I live in Osogbo or Onitsha, I’m a Nigerian and well entitled to my opinion. The overall interest of Nigeria is what guides my comments and not silly partisanship or ethnic considerations. You can start skipping my comments if they make you cry. cool
Your comments don't make me cry but stop these parochial attitudes whenever issues pertaining to PDP and APC come up. Support your evil party but do it conscientiously so that you may sleep well at night grin

You don't stay in Oshogbo and accused a judge of being politically tainted simply because you're supporting your evil party. Most times, when I come across some of your ridiculous comments, it baffles me how one could write in such a manner. You have to tone down because some of us witnessed how daring Abacha's disciples were but they quickly disappeared from the scene immediately Abacha was deleted. This regime will come and go while Nigeria remains. You don't have to rubbish every institution just for crumbs thrown at you

Updates from the Supreme Court:

Drama in court as INEC counsel contradicts appeal court ruling on section 52(2) of the electoral act

One of the justices of the Supreme Court asked the INEC counsel to read to the court section 52(2) quoted by the appeal court.

He read the two section 52(2) of both the old and new amendments and contradicted the position of the lower court.

Note:

Note that the appeal court quoted the old version of section 52(2) which prohibited electronic transmission of results instead of the new section that allowed INEC to use its discretion in the conduct and transmission of election results
We are waiting to see what the Supreme Court has to say on this. We hope that the right thing is done and H.E Alhaji Atiku Abubakar's stolen mandate is retrieved

The news clearly claimed Bukola is in lagos and has only visited Kwara twice since he suffered the lost in the Election.

Bukola as he is fondly called by his colleagues in Lagos was based in Lagos before he joined politics. He has more routes in Yoruba land than he has ever had in the northern Nigeria.

Even the current Governor of Kwara(despite openly associating with Yorubas) has spent more years in the core north than Bukola has ever done.

You can google his history if you doubt me.
70% of Nigeria's wealthy class, irrespective of their tribe, reside or have a house in Lagos so what exactly are you driving at?

Since the criminal EFCC started their usual media trial about Maina, we have not seen his picture with EFCC Officials of his arrest or his picture in court like other supposedly 'corrupt' ones from PDP like Fayose and the rest. Oh, I forgot! Maina is a 'presidential thief' who was one of those that sponsored Buhari's election so, he's giving 'presidential trial' that doesn't require his recent pictures like others in PDP

Honest enough, the country is in mess but we must embrace peace and give our leaders the space to do their work.

Whatever Dr Farooq Kperogi has been saying about Buhari is completely true, he's done a lot of research before writing any piece. Despite living in the West, he continues to show great concern for Nigerians and the suffering the masses are undergoing due to gross incompetence of Maj Gen. Muhammadu Buhari.
