In your mind anyone who castigates your ideology is Igbo? Hausa , Igbo and Yoruba to these ethnic groups it's only three tribes we have in Nigeria what a foolish soul.

I'm neither part of those three ethnic groups but your bigoted mind thinks it's an Igbo dude that is communicating with you, what a mentality.

You guys have even extended you madness beyond Lagos state alone and have decided to scatter yourselves like sheep without shepherd across all South West states.

When are you guys going to get angry and vacate our region for God's sake?

How much do want us to provoke you guys before you leave pls?

It is not about threatening to leave, we want you guys to leave already and let's see what will happen.

Why are you economical with the truth? This same thing happening in. Ireland is what is happening in South west I don't see anything wrong with it. Same conditions same goal post.

Such an arrogant employee, you couldn't even apologize to your employer.

How then will you be able to cope with entrepreneurship especially when dealing with customers.

I know you just wanted to show off the little change you have gathered.

You deserve the sack.

Big head.

You are amongst dictatorial humans roaming the space called Nigeria acting as supernatural beings without any recourse to statutory labour laws of the land.

Does a one time delay from work as a result of a natural phenomenon (rain) warrant a summary dismissal from work if that is the case does a boss have to use his ego to fire an employee who he hasn't given adequate opportunity to defend himself for an alleged minor misdemeanor ? There are rules in work place such a minor misdemeanor warrants a query.

If boss issued him a query that's the opportunity to answer the query and then make appropriate apologies, how do you expect a worker that has been sacked to go begging? Is it how you expect people to crawl on your feet begging you for your uniforms rash decisions? You have a very big ego and huge problem , people like you will usurp laid down rules and regulations in the work place just because you want to protect your huge delusional ego.

If this dude sues his boss in national industrial court for wrongful dismissal he would win, he should just claim wasn't given an opportunity for fair hearing the judge will toss this sham of a sack and award him penalties for wrongful sack.

Nigerians are really pathetic, most employers of labour in Nigeria don't know basic laws governing employees employers relationship

If you are a responsible member of the society where adults take responsibility for themselves you won't ask this question. How to become responsible members member of the society.

Get a job, create wealth and take care of your responsibilities like taking care of your financial bills and paying tax to the government. By doing this you are contributing to the economy of the country. Only those who are irresponsible aka those who look for other adults to carry their adult burden that will keep asking these questions because to them life is a place to eat free food.

N/B this is not to attack you in person but to everyone who have these ideologies I have enumerated.

That's why I pity any lady who stays in relationship more than six months without head. Some are even in a Methuselah kind of relationship only to start crying later.

As a lady you should learn to love and work with time and your head.

Meaning every 6 months they should be changing relationships angry and later you go blame men after having 25 relationships at 30 years say men no green but deep down it's 100 percent your fault.

The main reason why some women are in this boat is choice issue, they leave people who will stand with them and run to someone already with six girlfriends and has plethora of options because he has a little change to throw out. Men who have refused to throw out money for these set of thieves but has insisted in showing character traits but in addition have plenty money will tell you the bitter experience of these two situations.

Women are their own problems, when you are delusional and seek out what you can't ever do for yourself, this is what you get for been lazy and delusional

UrbaneHR:

No professional HR practitioner worth his onions will discuss salary with you on the very first discussion on the phone.

It is only desperate candidates that seek to know salary range and that's why they get short-changed.

Your best bet is to have an in-depth discussion with the potential employee with a view to understanding what value he can actually bring to the organisation before the negotiation starts.

Salaries and by extension rewards are very relative and even a range can be broken in favour of a really good candidate who knows his worth and is able to convey same.

Go to indeed and see HR professionals posting jobs with salary range attached to it. This black mind mindset won't take you anywhere, you want to waste people's time and energy to seek for what isn't available. Una dey kolo for this country.

Someone asked me that too. I simply told him it depends on a lot of factors and isn't within my purview as a recruitment rep to disclose.

I feel it's a bit awkward to prioritise salary before your ambitions of working at such a place in a corporate world. One even said 'let me know if I can risk coming'. Strange.

Sharing a range before knowing the ability/value of a potential employee can attract ugly eggs and potentially keep away the valuable ones. You can peg a salary at an amount, but be willing to increase it for those whose value are worth it. You can also peg it at too high to get the great hands, and end up inflating job market needlessly.
You are a typical Nigerian filled with deceit, have you seen jobs posted on indeed by foreigners? You wonder why recruiters over there don't have your mindset and are still better off that you folks in Nigeria? Every job seekers has the rights to know the pay of the job hile is hunting for from the word go. After you hid these information what happens when the job pays less than what the job seems is currently paid? You have wasted his time and money and other intangible assets just to make up the list of those coming for recruitment.

The mindset of recruiters in Nigeria seeking to have hundreds and if not thousands of candidates for just one position advertised is sickening and should be discouraged outrightly.

You all should do better

Ignorance they say it's not a escuese you know that? That act is a crime but illiterates, scammers and deluded people will think otherwise but will be the first to tell a judge it's their first time of committing an offense or was ignorant to know it's an offense.

It's well spelt out in our relevant laws that obtaining by false pretense is punishable and most people who commit this crime interestingly are left off the because those who fall victim of these crimes just want to let it go. It was on this platform a dude set a precedence as regards to this crime by prosecuting a girl who collected 5k from him and refused to show up but people like you instead of looking at the crime committed was looking at the little sum .

If you like encourage your sisters to to same line of thought, maybe they will be used as a precedence to make society better.

Men should never foot the liabilities of women allow women take responsibility for themselves, any woman who can't pay

xammax:

Please what questions did you ask? I’ll love to know

The deal breaker came through the section of financial responsibilities, these are the questions that came to my mind

These are some of the questions I asked her

1. What do you think about being an adult? Is it worthwhile been an adult?

2. Do you think been an adult should comes with a great responsibility? What are the upsides and downsides of you been an adult?

3. Do you think everyone should be a responsible adult in the society? If yes do you agree to been financially responsible as an adult?

I then moved it to relationships and finance, mind you so far I haven't had any reason to benefit financially from her even when I portray myself as been in her financial bracket. Invariably to her we are in same situation so hypergamy was checkmated by me to see her real life scenario experiences devoid of any lies while communicating.

4) What's your view on marriage? Are you interested in marriage? If yes when do you desire to get married?

5) How did your parents foot their bills while been married? (New she was a product of broken marriage when we started dating but I give people benefit of the doubt) Do you subscribe to that? (According to her the mum suffered financially during the pendency of their marriage but this looked not interesting to me because she already told me the dad is a an senior police officer and discovered the man only built one house and that house he gave to the wife and went to rent outside)

6) Do you think married couples should work together financially? She asked work how? I reiterated both of them ensuring that the home front is taken care of jointly? That what belongs to the man belongs to the woman and what belongs to the woman belongs to the man she answered, I don't think so and I inquired why do you say so? She said and I quote " my money belongs to me and me alone while your money belongs to all of us" that it's my responsibility as her boyfriend and husband to take care of all her responsibilities and that should never think otherwise.

7) I asked should I invest and open up a business enterprise for the family and mandate you to be the CEO of the business how will our family benefit from the business? She looked at me and said I hope you are not thinking that the money that will be gotten from my business will be used to run the house? The essence of asking these questions wasn't really to discard her but to make sure both of us were in same boat while heading forward into the relationship. She went further to say my business money is money is not for the house it's for me and I will determine what I will use it for but certainly not for the home because it's the responsibility of the man to take care of me and my children.

8 What if the man who has spent his hard earned money to open the business and becomes financially incapacitated? Who then runs the home financially? She replied why would you even think that way? He should be ready to bounce back because he has a lot of responsibility to cater for.

That was it, I had to remove any little freebie she was getting and then called for another heart to heart session with seeing if I could talk to her on this issue but she was even seeing me as someone who shouldn't be saying this, then I called it quit but allowed her to break it up herself after one month of nonchalant attitude towards the relationship.

I also delved into other areas like family history , childhood trauma etc and I can say I was glad to prove into the hidden realities in order to make an informed decision. I can say before we had this talk we have no major issues but those issues were ahead of us waiting to pop up, the level of selfishness and self centeredness was second to non and was glad to move out.

My hand don pain me I go collect one billion from you.
