U are an illiterate who possibly found himself in the military. Have you ever heard about rules of engagement? A trained officer even if he has gone against the rules of engagement won't be bold to say it out in the media but rather wi do a damage control to protect the image of his organization. The military use dark measures all the time which is against the rules if engagement but the interesting thing is that they don't use it in the open where it becomes illegal because the outer society doesn't accept those extrajudicial means but unfortunately untrained people like you would say otherwise. If at all you are in the military, you need further training to bring you up to speed on how to engage with the civil society.

Lets assume what you say is correct, the Nigerian constitution of 1999 as amended says any one arrested is presumed innocent until been proven guilty by a competent court of jurisdiction. The moment you arrest someone you can no longer assault him(illegal to do so) you can only investigate and prosecute him for the alleged offense and not to assault him in public. Only the police can prosecute in this case because she can't be court martialled since since isn't part of the military.

Militaries all over the world operate on rules, Nigerian military isn't a militia with no rules. I guess i have enlightened you enough not to go the extrajudicial way, it would burn your hands sooner than later.
