I hate that I have a soft Palm, every part of my body is just soft, I am sure, I will bleed if someone hold my skin too strongly.

I hate all contact sports, if I walk barefooted, I am sure I will bleed, when I see guy play football barefooted on grass, I just wonder, if I step on the grass field, I don't need to run, a few steps is enough, blood will flow.

So young man, you have a great skin, you are a man, I wish I can exchange mine with yours.

Same here.. mine feels like metamorphic rock. When I shake people around me.. infact I use it to intimate my folks..even my wife loves me more cus of my strong palms and skin ..

It's just like my palm. Rough like sandpaper. I used a hand lotion years ago, It did not work. For now I no send person.

Low self esteem in play! Go spa nah....Who soft hands help? Just be who you are or see a dermatologist for prescription. Na the same reason why Tonto and the rest dey do yansh surgery!

I had the same issue. My palm feels much better now.

I always have a hand cream with me. You can use Norwegian hand cream

I wear cotton gloves whenever I’m home after washing and moisturizing my hands.

I also cotton gloves to sleep at night.

My hands are out of my gloves when I have to do activities I can’t do with the gloves.

When I’m not home, I just moisturize all the time

While some one else is using his to intimidate others. He doesn't shake hands like a gentleman. He just slap your palm with his own and grab it tight. If you are a novice, you might end up crying. 2. What kind of cream do you use?
3. Do you engage in activities that could make your hands strong like carpentary, Laundrere or farming?

Lastly you may want to watch the kind of soap and detergents that you use

If this has been a regular thing since you were younger. You should just accept it. Trust me nobody will reject you because of your palm.

The earlier you embrace it the better. Don't go and give yourself unnecessary stress

Please I need help! what should i use to soften my palms, I feel shy shaking hand with people. And I also discovered something all the advance people I'm having hand contact with their palm looks soft and mine that is hard.
I hardly make hand contact with ladies, even some girls feel I'm hunting them if I try to be romantic by rubbing them my hand..
