Emeks008: Good evening everyone, I think everyone of us know wat it's called yoghurt and it's health benefits to our body. A milk-based product thickened by abacterium-aided curdling process, and sometimes mixed with fruit or otherflavoring; any similar product based on other substances. Almost every body loves to consume yoghurt but only few can produce it even in the kitchen. Today, I will be taking us on how to produce yoghurt in our kitchen. Am talking about home made yoghurt. Have you been thinking of how you too can start to make yoghurt for your family and friends and you don't know how to go about it and who will put you through? Instead of you going out the to buy yoghurt, why don't you just buy all ingredients needed for the yoghurt and start your own production at your home.
Let me start this thread with benefits of yoghurt to human body.
1. Boosts Immunity
Scientists studied two groups of people, one who consumed yogurt daily and the other group who did not. They in their research found out that the group which consumed yogurt regularly had more immunity compared to the group who did not consume yogurt regularly.
2. Helps in weight loss
The amino acid in yogurt helps burn fat. So if you are irritated with fat around your belly or thighs and can’t wear your favourite clothes, then you should definitely start eating around 18 ounces of yogurt daily.
3. Helps prevent vagina infection
Provided the cooling and soothing properties of yogurt, it helps prevent vaginal infections. Eating a proper amount of yogurt can help clear of existing and prevent any future vagina infection.
4. Prevents gastritis and stomach ulcer.
One should just not take gastricts and stomach ulcers lightly. Stomach ulcers can even cause bleeding! The main causes of stomach ulcer and gastrics are considered to be bacterial infection, anti-inflammatory medications and alcohol. Having ulcers can make us vulnerable to extreme and recurrent stomach and abdominal pain. Eating a certain amount of yogurt every day helps prevent these and indeed prevents us from all this suffering.
5. Apply on face for fairer complexion
Dark complexion because of tanning can often make our face unattractive and unhealthy. It may steal all the charm and glow from our face. So to counter this one can apply plain yogurt on washed face for about 15-20 minutes for a fairer complexion and smoother skin. This is a very effective way and is worth giving a try!
