It was in the afternoon the sun was shining high above the sky.

The raining season was gradually taking off as the dry season approached. It was at the heat of this afternoon that Oyeku journeyed across the forest and into the village.

A bag slung across his shoulder. His hairs has grown very long. He looks very dirty and unkept yet strong and vigilant.

Anybody would have assumed that he is mad judging by his appearance, they would have been right only if they had assumed later.

As he moved across the forest,it was voices that filled his mind, terrible voices, voices of Spirits and demons.

Slowly and gradually, his sense of judgement was growing deem and he was filled with a sudden thirst for blood which he tried to fight but he couldn't, and as a matter of fact, he embraced it.

The thought of slitting someone's throat amused him and he laughed aloud.

Quickly,he moved out of the forest and descended the hills as he gazed upon the village right from up here.

He could see the village and the people going about in their daily activities, for no reason, he developed a strong hatred for Humanity,he hate everything and anything, yet, he enjoys the feeling.

He felt strong and flawless, his eyes gazed around with impunity and then with a quick movement jumped on the road and took a familiar path as he continued his journey towards the village.

A woman was walking towards him and when their eyes met she quickly turned away her eyes in fear and dread as she hurried away quickly.

Oyeku stopped and turn around as he gazed at the fleeing woman a deep hatred arose from his heart towards the woman.

He felt like going after her and strangle her. He would have done it but by that time the woman was a long way off and it will seem like a waste of time to go after her

So instead Oyeku turned around and resumed his journey into the village.

As he came closer to the village, he could hear some noises, and so he moved towards the noise and there was a woman thrown into the middle of an angry crowd about to be set ablazed by the community.

As if his presence was felt by the woman she looked straight at him and their eyes met immediately Oyeku felt a connection could this old woman be one of the women he ought to help?

Before he could answer the question,he found himself moving towards the crowd and when I got to the middle of the Crowd he Shoved People aside and grabbed a young man by his neck," drop that stick in your hand or I break your neck". he breathe out in Angeras he choked the young man.

The next day the men hurried to the shore, and on the sand lies three women, unclothed.

They were their respective wives who had drowned.

.The three figures on the sand were unconscious. They look at the women and discovered that these women were a bit different from how they formally look, they look more beautiful and divine.

So each man took his own wife and tried to revive her and it was so that the women regain their consciousness and they open their eyes and smiled, joy and happiness fill the heart of this men and at the Apex of their joy and happiness, Olokun rose from the sea and moved closer to the shore, she spoke to them:

"I have kept my promise and here are the women you asked for, now listen, this women shall bear you children.

Your children are going to be strong.Your son's will be brave and Mighty and your daughters will be beautiful and charming.the wealth of this land shall be yours, but remember that you are in covenant with me Olokun, remember our agreement, you shall worship me,cast my image and you shall follow all of my instructions and my laws from this generation to all Generations that will come from your bloodline and I promise that as far as you do this, I ,Olokun will continue to bless you in all ways.

"We hail you great goddess" the men said. " We agree on these covenant we have made with you, for this Covenant is your love for us and so be it forever, for We Shall worship you, cast your image,we shall be your children, and we will call ourself the children of Olokun. So that the world will know that we are the children of Olokun.

"very well" Olokun replied.

"you are bound to this Covenant, but in order, for you to always remember all my law. I will always send my messenger to you,I will send the python to teach and remind you of my laws. The python is my messenger and he will always carry my messages for me and when he does, listen to his instruction, but as for you,you are under my favour now go and live happily with your wives." She said.

Iyun ended her story.and there was silence.

"I have never heard of this story before."Legun broke the silence. "but considering everything you have said concerning the Omas, the blessings and the love that only Olokun and shown to them, the Omas would be powerful people, i agree." Legun said.

" And that is why I am here" Maku said." the Omas posseses a magic that could raise the dead back to life, especially if the Dead is born of the waters and died untimely."he said.

"my Arore would live again and i would make sure of that, i promise." He said as shut his eyes slowly, thunder rolled across the sky as more rain poured down in big torrents.

The survivors of the drowning were all men, no single woman survived, and they were only three.

The men who survived the drowning were the men who swam to the other side of the sea, which is the present Oma.

After the great evil, the three men who survived, refused to leave the shore of the sea which had swallowed their wives and children.

They stayed at the sea shore for fourteen days as they mourn their loved ones.

On the fourteenth day, the three men were visited by a strange woman who came out of the sea.

She questioned the three men that why are they still on the shore even after fourteen days, because by their presence on the shore they disturbs her peace, for each time they mourn and weep, the cries echoes through the sea where she lives.

The three men suspecting that this woman is Olokun, the goddess of the sea, they came forward and postrated in worship and respect.

" Please, mother of the waters, give us back our family whom you swallowed" the three men pleaded.

" Do you say am a theif and a scavenger" Olokun asked in anger.

" No, great one, me meant no disrespect, but our family perished right in this waters, fourteen days ago, please return them to us, at least if not alive, give us their bodies so that we can see them again and bury them according to the ways of men." The men replied.

" Now you would leave this place and let the sea breath or else i would show you my anger" Olokun said as her eyes shone like the full moon.

The men feared, for the wrath of Olokun is as terrible as the wrath of Jakuta who hurl stones, so they left the sea that day and went unto the land.

But after three days, this men missed their family more and they wept, because there is no woman to make their live sweet and no children to carry their blood.

" Let go back to the sea once again, and beg the goddess to at least help us to cross the sea back to Ide from where we come, so that we can find women for ourselves from among the clans of our people" the men told each other.

And so, the men disturbed their legs and hurried to the sea when it was still night.

At the sea, the men shouted at the top of the voices calling out for Olokun from the deep.

As expected Olokun came out in her full glory and stood before the men.

Her eyes were shining like the moon at night, and water streamed out from her body and serves as her robe.

She was of gigantic height and her hairs were twisted in the manners of dreads, laced with cowries and sea shell.

The men felt awful and could no longer breathe because of the presence of Olokun and so they pleaded.

" Olokun se mi aje, do not come closer or we will die."

" Do i not warn you not to come back to this place?" Olokun spoke with anger. "

" None of you shall leave this place alive".

" Please Olokun, we only need to get off from this place and into the uplands so that we would not come to this place again forever, help us to the other side, the compassionate one." The men pleaded.

" Why did you come to this place at the first place?" Olokun asked.

" It was war that drove us here, we fear that death is certain if we remain on the uplands, but the waters may be merciful and spare us." They retorted.

" And did i not spare you?" Olokun asked.

" You did, but you didn't spare our families." They answered.

" Look at that land" Olokun pointed to the land which is today known as Oma.

" There are golds and precious stone in their belly, go to that land and live there, no war shall come to this land except you fight yourselves, but leave the sea alone." Olokun said.

" Great is your compassion the benevolent! But we need more than gold and precious stones, we need women, please allow us cross to the other side and marry from our clan so that we would not die as if we have not lived." The men answered.

" So you will forgo all the wealth of the land in search of a woman for each of you" Olokun asked surprised.

" What is the essence of gold and wealth when we have no woman to spend it on, or what is wealth if we have no children to inherit them, please mother help us cross this sea." They answered.

Suddenly, Olokun countenance changed, her eyes became calm and her tone of voice became gentle.

" So you need women?" Olokun asked.

" Yes" they answered.

" You don't want wealth" Olokun asked.

" If we won't have a woman, then no, we don't want wealth" they answered.

" You have impressed me, son of men." Olokun said. " For you know the value of the womb.i am the womb,i am the water in the womb,i am the the hearth from which life was forged,i am woman.". Olokun announced.

" You have seen me kill, but now, i would give life, your women shall return to you, and that land of gold and precious stones is yours.

I would make your daughters so beautiful that no man would see them and not wish them for a wife and your sons would be strong and brave.
You and your descendants would be wealthy and never be poor, i will bless you with rain and never let you starve, whatever you want you shall get, and none of your women will be barren.
Other kingdoms shall envy you but will never be like you, because you have become my children, you are the children of Olokun.

But in return, you must honor me and honor women. Cast a image of me from the abundance of gold you would see in that land, so that you will remember me and worship me.

" O great mother, you have shown us such great favor and love, if it be that as you have said is as it would be,then would always remember you for this great love and worship."

" Come back to this shore before the sun rises tomorrow and pick your wives". Olokun said.

The men were overjoyed and return back to the land.

The Omas share ancenstry with the enjembas whom the Oyos wiped out not long ago. The Omas were originally called Atedo.

They lived in tiny groups, at the end of the evil forest and are always at war, clan to clan. The Atedo were cannibals, a victorious clan would completely annihilate the conquered clan. They would marry the women of the conquered clan and eat the young men and the warriors.

Then one of the clan grew stronger than the others under a powerful and brutal-savage ruler called Araba.

Araba grew his clan by making treaty with minor clans, offering them friendship and protection. When those minor clans accepts the offer they automatically becomes Araba subject.

Araba continued his treaties till he was able to unite all the minor clans into a large military force. With his large army he started warring against other major clans until they either join campaign or they are completely annihilated.

After bloody battles in the forest, Araba had established control and dominance over the whole forest, except the area occupied by a particular powerful Atedo clan called Ide.

The Ide refused to submit to the New power, and battle began. The Ide warriors were decisively defeated and Araba overran their territory pursuing them out of the forest, both children and women.

When the Ide people came across the narrow sea they could not run further and neither could they go back.
Araba and his warriors caught up with them and massacre began.

At the heat of the slaughter, many Ide people jumped inside the sea, both men and women, old and young. Those who did not jump were slaughtered mercilessly while some are caught and roasted alive by Araba warriors.

Oma

Prince Maku had journeyed across the stream and past the narrow seas into Omaland.

He travelled along with legun is loyal slave whom he had made his brother, together with Arore mother, whom he had promised Arore to take as his own mother.

He had travelled all the way from Aro, crossing the evil forest, at the end of the forest was the narrow seas which he crossed as he made way to the land of the Omas.

They settled at the outskirts of the land.

They knew nothing of this land, the people and their culture and so they had to tread with caution.

Maku was not at all worried, but he fears for the two that are with him.

Although, the Omas are known to be very gentle and good natured, but the fresh wars may have took away their good nature for the moment.

It would even be more dangerous for those whom the Omas percieved as strangers, especially Oyos whom were the cause of the civil war.

There was a great need to be extremely careful.

Legun had built a little for Arore's mother, while he and Maku had built a booth for themselves.

Right here in Oma, rain falls at all seasons both rainy and dry season and thunder would not cease booming and flashing, earth would shake and it would seem as if it would quake.

And so sometimes when it rains they join mother in the hut, till it stops raining.

Another thing that Maku noticed about Oma was the cold. Extreme cold.

Sometimes, when it rains at Oma, snow falls, because Oma land is cold.

" My lord, i don't think i can cope with this cold for a moon more, i'll just die" legun said as he pulled his knees closer to his chest, shivering.

" The cold is indeed much, you too should stay till the sun rise before you leave the hut" Iyun( Arore mother) said.

Maku nodded his head in agreement.

" But to be sincere, My lord, Oma land is beautiful" Legun said as his lips shook from cold. " Very beautiful."

" I have heard a lot of stories from my father, about the Omas. Not only is the land beautiful, but even the people and their culture." Maku testified.

" Yes, i agree, about the land but i have never seen any Oma before, i could not say if the people are beautiful or not, and about the culture, Oyo culture is never matched by any other culture, so if the Omas had beautiful culture, it could not be fascinating as Oyo culture.

" What you said is what an Oyo person would say, or are you not from Oyo?" Iyun asked legun.

Legun nodded negatively.

" I agree with Maku, Oma is one of the most beautiful culture among the race of men." Iyun admitted.

" My own grandmother had lived in Oma for many years before she came back to Aro and married.

She told me the told me a lot of stories about them, including their Origin." Iyun said.

" I will like to know about their Origin, Iya please tell us" legun said as he dragged closer to Iyun, interested.

Maku took a glance at Legun and laughed inside, Legun only has the body of a man but he is as naive as a child. Ever since he has known him as a young boy he had never change. Still the same legun, who would always speak what ought to have just be in his mind, pass childish comments, laugh without restraints.

" Tell us Iya" legun persisted.

Oyeku began his journey out of the spirit world after he had received the secret out of the dumb spirit whom he spanked till he spoke so much.

All the spirit told him, did he kept in his heart and memorized them. The secrets are seven, so Oyeku counted seven of his fingers, starting from the pinky finger of his left hand to the thumb, that was five, then he stucked out the index and the thumb of his right hand.

With this pattern,he would always remember this secrets.

Before he left the spirit, the spirit foretold that he would meet three women in the world of men, the first one would be immediately after his arrival, the second his unknown, and the third would be his spirit wife.

He must render help to these three women, so that his destiny shall be smooth and his powers unlocked.

" Until you you help this three women, your full power is still snoring" the spirit told him.

The words of the spirit were heavy in the heart of Oyeku so much to that he could not wait to reach the world of man.

The secrets of the world is the force behind all victors and conquerors, only those who knows how the world works would rule the world.

Now he knows.

How true were the words of the spirit, love is the ugliest things, when he watched those he loved died, it was painful, and when the girl he loved broke his heart, it was hell.

He knew that to stop loving his hard, but the spirit had assured him that one day, he would not know love anymore, and he would never feel pain again.

" Let it be fast, the day this heart shall
Vanish". Oyeku said as he peered into the land of the living....

Chapter Three.

In the Spirit world

"The first secret of the world is word, it creates change" the dumb spirit said.

"When words are spoken, change would occur, words can make a gentle man angry, it could make an angry man calm, words could kill and word could save.

A sacrifice to the gods without spoken words would not be accepted, which means that the gods values spoken words.

Words are spirit and they are alive and active. Do not drop words carelessly, because words are dangerous.

That is the first secret of the world, son of man" the dumb spirit said.

"The second secret of the world, 'All things could hear and they responds'.
Everything that Olodumare created are alive and conscious, ranging from the liveless stone and mountains to the great trees-princes of the forest, the shallow minded animals of the wild and the swift birds of the sky, they all has ears and they can listen.

The Third secret of the world, son of man; is blood.

Blood! The red and thick,
The most pleasant of all smell,
And the greatest of all taste,
And the most beautiful of all sight,
Ogun craves blood despite been drunk with strong wine.
And the great witches drinks blood till their eyes shed blood.
The earth drink blood when ever there is sacrifice, yes, orisha ile drinks blood after blood and was still not satisfied.

Blood, why art though everywhere yet expensive? You are everywhere but still you are scarce.

Is it because you are the sit of life? Or you are the flow of God?

Or because you are the greatest of all bonds? Yes, the bond- you bond the mother to her child, and brothers to brothers, you bond the husband to his wife and a man to his God.

O blood, the servant of the gods
And the master of men,
No man despise blood,
And no god refuse blood,
Where is the source of blood?, O man,
Tell me if you know?

Is blood not the flow of Olodumare?
Is blood not life?
Is blood not power?

The fourth secret of the world is fate.

When a pot falls and break,it is fate.
And when a pot falls and doesn't break, it is still fate.
Fate the unequal fingers, the unjust and the unfair, fate loveth one and hated the other, then suddenly, fate striketh the loveth down and caressed the hated.

Fate!

It is thee who made a beautiful apparel for the peacock and made her the queen of bird, making her a thing of admiration for all who has sight, yet,you don rags on the vulture and made her bald and rugged.

Why art thou the way you are?

Son of man, tell me.. why is fate unjust?

Is it not because of order and balance?

If all is white, then what would be black?

And if all is black, then what would be white?

If there is no white, then we won't know that black is black, and if there is no black, we wont know that white is white.

Fate makes all perfect by creating unequal destinies, i hail thee, Oyeku, fate has favoured you and made you the bold tiger that roams the forest like a king while the unfortunate antelope look out for you lest they are devoured.

If the antelope would not cry and die
The lion would not laugh and live,
This also is the work of fate the mischievous.

The fifth secret of the world is women.

My hands on the air for the big breasted women, the ones whose buttocks carries the weight of the world and their vagina the heaven which men comes from and which also take the lives of men.

When Olodumare made man strong

Then he made woman to make him weak so that man would know that man cannot be Olodumare.

Great women, our mothers, the birds of the night, and the sacred flame inside the iroko, the whips of Olodumare.

Who can say this is the depth of the sea?

Is it not rules by Iyemoja, the mother of the sea?

When you return to the world of men, show respect to the women of the night and reverence them, then you shall stay in darkness yet see.

The sixth secret of the world is divination.

If the leg and body does not consult the eyes before moving, they may fall into a bit.

He who asks for way can never get lost.

Orunmila the witness of fate.

Ifa the bystander at the room of destiny.

He who knows all, but speak none unless you ask.

In the world of man, when you are confused, do divination and be clarified, or is it not for the clarity of fate that ifa cast his nuts?

A man must know his tomorrow from today so that he could avoid the evil of tomorrow and savor the good.

This also is a secret of the world.

The seventh and the last secret of the world is love.

He who loves has fears
But he who loves none has no fears

Love is the greatest of all mischief, son of man.

It kills, it weakens, it makes fools out of wise men, and turn great men to prisoners.

Do not love, love none, but thyself.

Love brings trust, love no one so that you would trust no one.

Oyeku! Do not love anyone, a tiger does not kill because he wants to,he kills because he need to, and if he constantly show mercy to his games then he will starve.

This seventh secret is the most relevant to your destiny Oyeku." The spirit ended his explanation.

Aro

It was morning.

The Aro settlements had become desolate and abandoned.

There were bushes growing in huts and around huts, which will make any newcomer doubt if this place was once a settlement.
No sound of human activities just the chirping of birds and the sound of crickets. The whole land had become a forest and desolate.

Smoke could be seen rising from an angle of the land, which would be the only sign of human existence in this large waste.

Down to source of the smoke was a large compound surrounded by tall palm trees, this compound consist of three large huts and one small hut.

At the middle of the compound some women can be seen cooking in large pots.

Some were just coming back from the stream to fetch water, while some are sweeping the compound.

There was no sight of any male amidst them.

" Baba will be strong soon, i think he just caught fever, nothing more, he had given me instructions to get some leaves and barks for him and i have done that already, so i believe it is just a matter of time before he get well" a woman with a child on her back said to the other woman as they cook.

" I pray so, may Olodumare spare him for us, he can't die now." Another woman added.

"Ase!!" The woman chorused.

" If not for him where would we be? what would have happened to us? It was by Olodumare and by baba that we are alive today."the woman with a child on back explained.

" Any news from our people at Oyo?" A woman asked.

" As for now, we don't know what is happening at Oyo,but let wish our men safe journey from ibiru, we would be informed of what is happening in Oyo, when they comes back.

" Olodumare, please, end our suffering, restore us, end our pain, let things go back to the way they used to be, Olodumare please have mercy on us" a woman spread both palms as she prayed.

"Ase!!" The women chorused.

" Let me go and check on Baba and see how he is doing" a young beautiful woman who seem to be the youngest and the most innocent amidst the women said as she left the congregation of the other women.

Baba eyes were closed but he wasn't asleep when the young lady entered.

"Eredi!!" Baba muttered as she entered.

" Yes, baba" Eredi replied, she was surprised how baba knew it was her..

" How did you know it was me?"

Baba chuckled.

" You have entered this room so many times to check on me that had know your footstep.

Eredi smiled shyly.

" Thank you." Baba said.

" No baba, we should be the one to thank you, without you, we don't know what would have happened to us, but you saved us and feed us, we should be thankful."

" I understand."baba said, but still, non has taken care of me as you do, so, thank you.

Eredi smiled.

" Alright, baba, let me go get your food" she turn to leave.

But baba stopped her.

"Wait!" Baba said.

She stopped.

At Usimalo

It was morning.

Chilo was supposed to sit at home with her son but it is harvest time and she wants to help her husband, although Ogbo had insisted that she stays at home, however Chilo was not convinced, this morning she had left for the farm with her husband leaving her son Dada with her mother.

Dada is a strong boy, even though he is just one year and eight moons old, he doesn't cry much except he is hungry, and when he is well fed, he could stay happy for many hours even without seeing is mother.

Chilo sighed as she walked along the farm path along her husband, who was busy cutting down tall weeds that has grown beyond normal and therefore extending to the road path.

Dada reminds her only of Oyeku.

With every day that Dada grows, Oyeku was growing out of him,he could see Oyeku eyes, his lip and his teeth as for now,who knows maybe he will later become exactly like his father, the only thing Dada has that Oyeku never had is been born with dreadlocks, Dada was born with dreadlocks.

She was still in thoughts when Ogbo called her attention to the farm.

" Here we are my wife" he said smiling as he extended his hand to help Chilo get to where he is. " The harvest is bountiful this year isn't it.

Chilo returned the smile " it is, my husband, but surely, this harvest is not ours until it had reach our storehouse.

" Ofcourse, ofcourse" Ogbo laughed and took her hand as he led her to a shady tree. " Now sit here my wife, and watch as i work, i will uproot the cassavas and fill the baskets with them, when am done we would go home with the baskets.

" But there would still be cassavas left if we are to take just two baskets" Chilo queried.

" Don't worry wife, i will take care of the remaining, you just go home with a basket" Ogbo said smiling.

" I don't have the strength to argue again just do as you wish." She finished.

Ogbo seductively played with her cheeks and then laugh.

" Keep your strength for the night, my wife" he said as he walk into the farm.

Chilo watched him go and sighed.
She was certainly not happy with her marriage with Ogbo, she must admit,Ogbo has done a lot for her and he is caring and loving husband, but yet,she doesn't just know why, she doesn't love him, she had tried to, she had forced herself to, but she couldn't.

Oyeku had dug a whole in her that no one can fill except himself.

" Oyeku" she whispered.

There is no single day she would not think about him, she would try to recall all the moments they had shared together, she held on tightly to this memories and savor them.

The last time she saw Oyeku, was the night they mated, the most remarkable night of her life, that night Oyeku introduced her into the dawn of womanhood and ever since then her love for Oyeku had grown dangerously.

Her love for Oyeku grew so strong that it almost ran her mad when she waited for him and he never returned, every day she will sit at Usimalo border and hope that one stranger would be Oyeku, in the night she would pray that one shadow is Oyeku, she wouldn't return to her house, her mother and Ogbo would try to bottle her in the house but she would still find her way out.

The situation because worse when Chilo pregnancy became very heavy and still she trekked to the border, Ogbo then decided to cut off her hope of Oyeku so that she could start a new life, Ogbo lied to her that Oyeku was dead.

One year eight moons ago.

Ogbo, Chilo and her mother were in their hut, it was evening.

" You can't go on like this Chilo, you would kill yourself and eventually kill me, please my daughter i beg you, please stop doing this to yourself, if you won't consider yourself please consider this unborn child, the testimony of your love with Oyeku, any harm to you is harm to this baby, please omo..."

" Iya, you don't just understand" Chilo shook her head sadly, " I can't live without him, I can't live without Oyeku and I don't know why, honestly iya, i don't know, it is not in my control, without him am not sure i can live again, am not sure iya mi" she sobbed.

" Omo please do not talk like that you are scaring me, please i beg you don't do anything stupid, you the only thing that is left between me and your father Omeri, please i beg you" she stopped and held her daughter legs.

Ogbo who has been silent this whole while knew that Chilo would never be normal if she still believe that Oyeku is still alive, so he had planned on thrashing her hope completely.

" Oyeku is dead, Chilo. He is long dead, i saw him dead myself, Oyeku was part of the warriors assigned to border in preparation for any frontal assault, when the Oyo army took the river bank, they spared no one, warriors who are not at the Frontline were able to escape, but not warriors at the front, Oyeku was fighting alongside his brother Uzo at the front together with the war chief and so they could not escape, all this things i see with my own eyes, so it is true.

Suddenly, Chilo screamed as she went into labor.....

Chapter Three

Oyeku walk alongside the spirit boy from the stream as he led him to the abode of the dumb spirit.

Oyeku thank his head that the boy forgave him, if not his search for the dumb spirit would have been more difficult or impossible, considering all the turns and bends Oyeku had took in the search.

That is something about the spirit of little children they do not have the heart to keep malice, they easily forgive.

Oyeku had explained to the boy that he wants to avoid other spirits as much as possible in order not to create unnecessary awareness of a living in the world of the dead.

So the boy had chosen a route that is usually lone and deserted. And since the dumb itself is a lone as spirit, a lone route works best for it.

" How does the dumb spirit looks like?" Oyeku asked the spirit boy.

" Just as you has described him, he has no mouth and cannot talk." The boy finished.

"What else?" Oyeku asked.

The boy was about to talk when he suddenly sniffled the air nervously.

" He is here." The boy said afraid. " He is here" he said slowly and lowly.

" Where is he?" Oyeku whispered to the boy ear.

" Behind you!!" The boy said with a sneer.

Before Oyeku could turn around, someone grabbed his neck with such strength that he could feel his neck seperating from the head.

Oyeku in defense, caught the anonymous arm and free himself and in offense head butted his anonymous aggressor.

Oyeku quickly turn around, and behold the freak.

Indeed, it has no mouth, as if the creator of this creature accidentally forgot to make a mouth. The stomach of this creature so big that it could contain two large pots of palm oil.

On the bald head of this spirit sat a large black scorpion, the spirit was of no clothing except an interlocking of plantain leaves that covered his pelvic area.

The spirit boy who had hide himself amidst the woods called out mockingly to Oyeku.

" You fool! Here is the dumb spirit, the cruelest spirit that leaves beyond the stream. You won't leave this place unscathed.
You murderer!!"The boy said and ran away.

Before Oyeku could react to the boy betrayal, the dumb spirit moved with such incredible speed that Oyeku thought it was just the wind and grabbed Oyeku legs, trying to make him fall.

Oyeku reacted and slanted his weight to to the front so that he would not fall, then he delivered several blows tho the spirit spines, when he saw that it has little or no effect on the spirit, he grabbed the spirit by the waist and try to pull him off the ground, but the spirit was incredibly heavy.

They were going on like this for almost two hours, and Oyeku is getting tired already, all is limbs were aching seriously and the spirit seems to be getting more stronger with time.

Suddenly, the spirit grabbed him by the waist and hoisted him off the ground and brought him hard on the earth, intending to smash his back on the ground, but Oyeku twisted midair and hit is chest on the floor instead.

The spirit quickly pounced on him and started hitting Oyeku face on the earth intending to make him dizzy by doing this so that he could carry him again and smash his back against the earth in order to cripple him for life.

Pain developed around his head, dust choke his nose and mouth, he couldn't see well he couldn't breathe well, the weight of the spirit on his back is breaking his spines gradually, Oyeku stopped resisting and surrendered to the brute strength of the dumb spirit.

But just as he gave up his resistance, the memory of how the Aro people were brutally slaughtered during the war came back to his mind, he also had a sudden flash of a vision of Chilo with her new lover laughing at him as he lay on the floor with the dumb spirit ontop of him feeding him with dust.

Anger shot out from his heart and into his veins, anger that comes along with incredible strength, his whole body heated up, all pain was gone,

He stiffed his neck, preventing the spirit from further assault to his head, then with a roar head butted the spirit.

The spirit fell backward and before it could stand up, Oyeku pounced on him and delivered deadly blows, fists and elbows as he vent anger out his anger on the unfortunate as spirit.
With all his might and all his strength he beat the spirit till the spirit started groaning, and suddenly the spirit spoke up and started begging.

" Please, that is enough!!, what do you want? I would do it for you, please, i would do anything i know many secrets....
