As registration is about to begin on 8th September,all PCMs should ensure that if they want to pay online with ATM card,make sure ur bank balance is more than #3000.Its should either be 3050 or #3100,cos the deduction will not be exactly #3k..

So,make sure you ave more than 3k in your account before you make the payment online or else,you will not be able to complete your payment and will lead to frustration cos you will be claiming you are debitted and you could not complete the payment option.
