can't really say, but you will be allowed to sleep in camp a day before opening day, its good to go early, you will finish registrations on time, get to hostel and secure a good bed space for yourself.

pls note redeployment is easiest in camp. generally easy for married and pregnant women. pregnant women will be allowed to return home after swearing in on the third day, if you are posted to north, you can collect redeployment form state reasons like security or weather conditions. else go to camp with medical report from govt hospital not private it won't be honoured. married ones pls go to camp with evidence of marriage like certificate and change of name publication

pls add purchase of some good novels, interview handbooks, Gmat, learning of some skills during skill acquisition, few days to the last day, enough tins to buy like clothes, hand bags,wrapper etc

pls if you are influencing your posting try and go for states with companies that are related to your filled of study and if you have a link that can get you to posted to the company after camp pls do. no dulling, remember teaching policy have been reversed and the companies have signed agreement to employ 30% of the intake each year though they insisted on aptitude test to be used for screening, pls no company pays less than 18k to corpers except maybe agricultural establishment, while the highest paid by any state is 15k that's only those serving in rural areas in Lagos, so my suggestion is shun forgo state alawi and go for company that will pay with relevant experience.

pablo aimar: GOD bless u for that lovely question, cos I am thinking of a way to watch my darling Arsenal taking on Man utd that november but from calculation we will be in camp then, I don't want to miss that match. For those that have been to Lagos NYSC orientation camp, pls do us a great favour and find out for us pls.

pls there are no viewing centers in camp the only means of info you have is your phone and thru announcement over Orientation Broadcasting radio. camp has timetable like secondary school, the thing I hated most, you are almost remotely controlled, there is time for everything, time to play, time for eating, time for parade, they even determine when you sleep, time for lectures and skills acquisition etc. pls note no socket is the rooms in any camp in Nigeria, all charging is done at business center. so BB users make special allocation for charging except you are working with obs you can charge while on duty. I think the most beautiful camp is Lagos camp, its like hotel.
