Good morning, I woke up to try again this morning and Logged into the account in order to try to make the payment again and I saw this: Sorry your order is no longer payable Please contact the merchant. Quoting the following reference number GW ********
secure.worldpay..

My sister is already in Lagos for the interview which I'm finding difficulty to schedule for her (24/4/2015). I'm now thinking it is my card that is no longer accepted by worldpay and sending them email might take Some time. Should I tell her to create ANOTHER application and then try ANOTHER CARD on it? @Justwise and @SpikesC Please your advice is urgently needed.

No, you can switch as long as the two schools allow it and you are still holding valid visa.
Good evening justwise and others. I'm trying to book an appointment for my sister online for the Tier 4 student visa but I'm having difficulty paying the $502 visa fees. The response is always transaction failed and I have used the same MasterCard to pay on that same application last year before she was denied visa

I learnt that CBN has placed a limit of $300 per day on Nigerian cards. Can this be the reason for the transaction failure? Is there any other means through which I can make the payment?

Your advice will be greatly appreciated.

I have mixed feelings when it comes to this topic all of the time. No, I do not think that anyone has to stay with someone that cheats on them. However, I realize that people are human and that means mistakes will be made. I would not leave my boyfriend/husband if he is found cheating ONCE. That goes back to human, sometimes, being silly. However, the next time it is discovered, it is obvious that he will always be a cheater and I'm out. I don't think couples that have been married for 30+ years didn't experience hardships throughout their marriages. Some may have included infidelity. They learned to forgive and move on. However, I will be no one's fool. So, I believe no one person can be right or wrong on this topic. It is strictly what you believe in.
Mature comment, I only posted that to elicit people's opinion / reaction.

The logsitical challenges he talked about are not isolated, they are widerspread in the south and the main reason for low voter turn-out.
In a case where accreditation slated for 8 AM does not begin until 1, how many people will have the patience to idle around waiting for the officials to arrive?
Really? No wonder the results came so late
PoliticsObama Congratulates Nigeria On Election by idolda(op): 1:09pm On Apr 01, 2015
President Obama is praising Nigeria for an election that is producing a peaceful transfer of power, the nation's first.
"The last few days have shown the world the strength of Nigeria's commitment to democratic principles," Obama said in a statement Wednesday. "By turning out in large numbers and sometimes waiting all day to cast their votes, Nigerians came together to decide the future of their country peacefully."
President Goodluck Jonathan has conceded the election to challenger Muhammadu Buhari. It's the first democratic change of power in Africa's most populous nation, one that has seen six military coups and much political violence since achieving independence in 1960.
"I urge President-Elect Buhari and President Jonathan to repeat their calls to their supporters to continue to respect the election outcomes, focus on unifying the country, and together lead Nigeria through a peaceful transition," Obama said.
The president added:
"Looking ahead to the gubernatorial elections on April 11, it is imperative that national attention turn to ensuring isolated logistical challenges are overcome and peace is protected, even in the most hotly contested races.
On behalf of the American people, I extend congratulations to the people of Nigeria and to President-Elect Buhari and look forward to continuing to work with the newly-elected government on our many shared priorities."

@Op, there are different family planning methods she can use without getting fatter. Implants are really Good for her if you have chosen not to have children. IUCD too is equally good and I will suggest you and your wife visit a midwife who is a certified family planner for recommendations.
