Gentiger: If you are referring to the interview hall I visited a couple of days back, then you are mistake bro. It's one big hall with different windows (Cubicles). If you choose not to pay, no one takes notice until you are the only one sitting awkwardly. Your payment gives you an interview tag number. If the principal applicant pays, he gets the tag. That tag covers every one of his derivatives. It's at the point of his interview he gets to tell the CO his wife is not covered in the payment because she would be coming much later. It's noted down after reasons might have been given. Whenever she's ready which must be before the expiration of the year visa lottery program, she can show up with her payment after she must have written the embassy to indicate her intention to approach. The new appointment given in response to her mail serves as the access key into the embassy. She's not interviewed again. Her visa is merely issued since the principal has been issued. This is the procedure bro.

justwise: Oh please don't give me that lazy argument, giving bribe is a personal choice, i'm not telling you not to pay your way to any thing, i'm basically saying don't use the forum to promote or encourage it that.

Mr Moderator & Mr Contributor, u guys should save us all these arguments..... It's a free world, whoever needs assistant should request for it and whoever feels its not necessary or shouldn't be encouraged should hold on too his/her opinion.
People need advises, assistance and guidance thats why they joined this forum and not to read some lousy arguments that'll do us no good.

Gentiger: Noooo. This wasn't the intent. I remember dropping off a number too. Most of us device means to make it easier for others. I did my medicals and discovered why people pay more and reported. I met a very nice man when I cleared with the police and got a first class treatment and expeditiously too and decided to extend the same to others.[color=#000099][/color] We all know that in Nigeria nothing has a fixed price. The official cost of NPC birth certificate for instance is N2500 but people pay much more than that. National Passport costs less than N10k officially to procure. But people pay as much as N18k for it. I find those words 'bribe' and 'dodgy' spiteful. Let's always see the good intended by these forumites.

Pls give me the number of the nice man so I can do mine thru him too.

11000, That's the total number of VISA to be given out during the month of February according to the Monthly VISA bulletin. So better get ur interview dates quick else U̶̲̥̅̊' missing it. ℓ pray God answers you quickly IJN

It does not mean the total number of visas to be issued in February or any given month, its like a reference number for applicants to know when they are likely to be scheduled for interview in order for them to start preparation & gathering necessary documents.

Spoondar: After filling the forms and submitting them we all wait to be current according to our case numbers, then if you are current you receive your 2NL notification letter which has your interview date. Idriez what is your case number? from here you can know when you are likely to be current. Please check the visa bulletin http://www.travel.state.gov/visa/bulletin/bulletin_1360.html 10th of every month to know the flow.
