So she's F1. Based on the bulletin they are treating those with Priority Date of 1Jan2015 and earlier.

How did she know she's documentary qualified?
Let her father ask the lawyer for her priority date.

Is she younger than 21? Then she's F2A if she was younger than 21 when her father filed for her then she's still F2A

When her father started the filling processing for her she was 21years as @ then, now she now 29yrs,she doesn't know her priority date because a lawyer is helping her in the USA .

For the fact that quality education doesn't guarantee good governance does that mean we should now stoop too low to the extent of electing illiterates into public offices? Well, I remember when we were in school, some students can write good English but they can't speak it fluently, the fact remains that for over 60 years of our independence, we have not been able to develop our state and the country as a whole,FFK speaks good English, doing is time as the minister of aviation, planes were crashing and billions were stolen. Speaking good English @ this point in our country does not hold water. It only allows dos that speaks good english to twist the electorate.

Lot of 2016 Npower beneficiaries does not show up @ all at d place of their PPA.
Some have been working elsewhere but do visit their PPA occasionally.
These same thing will happen to the 2017 beneficiary.
