Lowkey Nairaland mods are actually wise and they are killing two birds with a stone.

Instead of trying to waste resources in creating an unfollow/accept follow request button, they just resorted to removing his cancel posts.

This make sure the guy continue to open more account since his previous one are always blocked, he gets more frustrated and had to deploy more energy into this. Nairaland in turn increases their membership number and pitch that to their customers advertising on Nairaland and get more revenue.

Hello customer, I’m seun from Nairaland, we have over 2mill + members, come and advertise on here and your product will be reaching this amount of people. Even tho we all know this credit go to Mr. Canceller.

In life try to use your enemy to achieve your goal instead of complaining over things that’s not your doing.

Good day Mods, I have a recommendation on how to eradicate the guy behind comments cancellation and abusing other NL'S parents.

He open all the accounts same time.. Going through the time of registration of one the accounts would expose other account registered but not being used.. They can be easily wiped once..

Kudos to the way of dealing with him lately.

Lol you are funny.

You shouldn’t be bothered about the canceller guy honestly because I actually like the way he is working round the clock for the 30k his fellow IPOB brethren are paying him.

Come to think of it, what is your own in whether he inflates Nairaland statistics? Isn’t that a good thing for Seun? More numbers even tho it’s not real distinct people but it doesn’t stop the fact that it’s more numbers and Seun can market Nairaland to his customer base that he has so so so number of members and they can pay for advertisements. Remember perception is key in this business.

Also there are some of my threads that need more view and I just purposely write somethings while laying landmine for the canceller guy to come and cancel so he can reignite the thread for more members to view.

I am happy that we gave him a job opportunity indirectly because without us here on Nairaland tormenting his kinsmen, how will the poor guy afford 3 square meal if he’s not paid 30k monthly for his robotic job.

Unfortunately for him things are now costly in Nigeria, so he need to work thrice as hard to justify his potential promotion. He’s been doing this for years so I hope his IPOB employers can increase his salary or else Chukwu Abiama will not be happy with them.

Sports / 10 Year Old Tani Adewumi Becomes US National Chess Master by Iegendhero: 1:26am On May 07, 2021
Nigerian American Tani Adewumi is only 10 years old, but he has just become a U.S. Chess National Master with a rating of 2223.

His latest triumph was reported by New York Times journalist Nicholas Kristof, who two years ago had brought Tani’s incredible talent to the world.

This was when Tani won the New York State chess championship at the age of 8, after playing the game for only a year.

He was then living with his refugee family in a homeless shelter.

Kristof on Facebook gave an update on the chess prodigy:

“Remember Tani Adewumi, the Nigerian refugee boy I wrote about a couple of years ago when he won the NY State chess championship for his age group — while living in a homeless shelter?

“Readers then stepped up and helped the family get housing and helped the parents get jobs.

“Here’s a joyful update: Tani just won another championship, in Fairfield, CT, and is now (as a 10-year-old fifth grader) a Chess National Master with a rating of 2223.

“In “Tightrope,” we wrote that Tani exemplifies the principle that “talent is universal, but opportunity is not.”

“He was able to soar because his homeless shelter was in a school district with a chess program, and the teacher realised that his family didn’t have resources and waived the chess club fees. We need more of that!”

Tani and his family arrived the U.S. in 2017, saying they fled from Boko Haram terrorists.

The family obtained asylum and lived in a homeless shelter in Manhattan. During that time, the boy learned how to play chess at school.

The school chess coach saw the child’s potential and approached his family about joining the chess program.

Fees were waived for Tani to join the club.

The young chess player went on to win several trophies. His story in the The New York Times attracted attention globally.

A GoFundMe page was set up to move the family out of the homeless shelter. Since its launch, the site has raised $250,000.

The family now have a home and have settled in New York City.

When the online people see that Desmond himself is rocking it, they will lose their tempo and the trend will die down faster.

FreeIgbos:

I was carefully following your argument with Igboid and Ofoigbo, and even though they were giving you facts and you equally tried to use logic in responding them. However, at this point, I must say that they have completely won the argument!

Propaganda can work for some time but facts will ultimately triumph over it. What's the nonsense you wrote above? They presented names of victims, the town where the massacre took place and even provided names of the Nigerian soldiers that committed the attrocities!

Now, after you failed woefully to provide evidence to prove that Biafrans committed such attrocities against minorities you now want to deny that Nigerian troops committed mass murders in Anioma land. It goes to show how dishonest you are, as well as how desperate you want to make it appear like both sides committed such evil so we should stop blaming Nigeria alone.

FYI, the war took place between 1967 to 1970, just one generation away! It's not like it happened in 1867 and nothing can be traced again. Every one of those names the Isheagu community wrote in that memorial tomb has brothers, sisters or children who are still alive today! A simple visit to the community will reveal the families they came from! So, since you claim that Biafra equally massacred minorities, can you kindly provide the evidence same way Igboid provided his?

WikiLeaks have shown files and memos of how the British government helped Nigeria with propaganda. So, showing clips of a man purpoted to be narrating to a couple of white men how his house was destroyed by Biafran troops doesn't prove anything, especially when this happened when Nigerian troops had seized control of the town. Before the Nigerian took over, weren't they shelling and bombing the town? Couldn't those rubbles be as a result of that?

Lol.

Try to read that my quote again and you’ll understand what I did.

To you Ibos, your truth is the only truth and even if one provide a million evidence, you will always say present this again and that is fake news. I am not surprised, it’s in you guys DNA.

I present pictorial, video, journal, and even a decree to back my argument but you all keep saying we should mention this, oh it’s that, it’s fake news, it’s bla bla bla.

I just tried to use the same logic of denying news in that my quote. You can see I just did like Ofoigbo is doing by saying the people are hallucinating or saying rubbish.

Hence I said in my post too that maybe the victims from Nigeria soldiers are also under the spell of Ojukwu to lie that Nigeria military killed them. It’s just serving you guys in your own coin.

Don’t think all what I said on this thread is meant to convince an Ibo man, lol I have known how your psyche work for too long to waste my time convincing any Ibo man.

The Ijaw citizens that did the video are not stupid, they know their history, and a million Igbo denial cannot change that!

A few of the wounded victims recovered. They helped to fill in the details of the massacre. So the condition you are seeking is well satisfied. Recovered VICTIMS contributed in drawing a literary picture of what happened. Ogbemudia was also identified, and it is easy to know those who were under Ogbemudia's command. A huge chunk of them were Yorubas.

I know you thought all the victims died. Well some of them survived, and VICTIMS were involved in putting together what happened, so this tale is from the horse's mouth.

Now that this your condition has been satisfied, will you now acknowledge and apologize for the crimes that your people were involved in.

Those that you claim got injured might actually be hallucinating or fronting for Ojukwu propaganda. What is the type of bullet used to shoot them? What is the name of the soldier that shot it? Is it a Nigerian military bullet stolen by Ojukwu to impersonate them? We can only get the right thing that happened by waking those that were dead to seek the truth, coz the dead dare not lie.

Back to your mention, Well some of the families of the victims of Igbo killings of the minorities are also speaking up and one of them is on this thread and we have more of them in the video of people commemorating the Biafran massacre of their fathers/brothers/sisters etc.

They already made their voices known in that video and that is enough to get the apology needed from Ibos to the minorities.

As an Ibo man that you are, you owe those people the apology. So proceed to do that now!

How can I accept responsibility for the bolded when you haven't offered any proof. The battalion responsible and the unit commander and the names of those massacred in Ikot-Ekpene. The Biafran chief of general staff's people.

Isheagu people already provided all these information, so it is now left for you accept responsibility for the Isheagu massacre, after which I will start supplying you with the names of the Biafrans massacred during the war by Fulani and Yoruba military men.

That is plain fake news.

The people of Isheagu were confused by Ojukwu in his numerous propaganda mechanism by lying that the Nigeria military killed them when in fact Ojukwu was the one that masterminded their death through the backdoor to pin it on the Nigerian army.

I will only accept responsibility if we can wake each of the victims and ask them to confirm if truly the people that shot them were Nigerian military.

Forget about the plaque and etc, anybody can attach the name of anyone to a piece of brick and say they were casualties of his enemies.

So until then, they should go and get their apology from Ojukwu.

Am I clear bro?

In 2007, an urhrobo man who had lived all his life in Benin told me that the Biafrans rounded up persons who they felt were of northern extraction and executed them all in Benin city.

You have to understand why many minority tribes werr angry at the Biafrans. They did things wrongly.

Nwokem you are already confusing yourself by thinking that Igboid and I, are the same.

I am an Nri-Igbo man, and I remember you and TAO claiming that EAST means WEST, when Benin chiefs told visiting Portuguese explorers about an Oghene in the east that authorised the crowning of Benin obas. A fact that was confirmed by Eze NRI Obalike who wasn't even aware of the Portuguese visit to Benin hundreds of years before.

You will have to provide the Biafran army unit s that took part in these massacres.

Isheagu people mentioned the Nigerian army unit, and their unit commander, followed by a list of those massacred.

You can't just make wild statements or consult concocted sites and recordings and wish that will fly with me, or any other intelligent Igboman.

Lol you are just falling in the pit I dug. You even remembered the thread lol which just give credence to my assertions that you are same as igboid.

I think showing video evidence of people talking about their history even going as far as declaring an open event for said occurrence is more better than wasting my time mentioning army units which you will obviously still deny.

I brought out the point that the chief of defence staff will have to be held responsible for such massacres, if proven. But of course I know you will not be able to prove anything. Efiong couldn't have authorised the massacre of his own people

You are confusing me by using two separate moniker.

You and I know you are the same as Igboid. We have been through this route before so quit these games.

I have a video evidence of people relating their history with several people commenting and I also showed you scholarly evidence.

I would be a fool by wasting my time finding the name of Biafran army unit because if I do that you will still ask me to wake up the dead and ask them if it’s true they were massacred.

Are you not thesame folks that deny Awo/Ojukwu prison issue even with the full grasp of cogent evidence?

Militarily he was the chief of general staff, which meant he was the boss of the chiefs of army staff, naval staff and airforce staff.

NU Akpan was the secretary to the Biaf an government and also from the Akwacross area. He was just as powerful as Garba Shehu in this government. So these historical 419ners are trying to claim Akpan took part in the meetings where arrangements were made to massacre his people.

- Of course you are a Fulani. Lol! You are not as hidden as you think you are.

- Yes! The kind of Carnage FG troops wrecked in captured territories in East and in Midwest is better told than felt.
It was in surival instincts mode that those Igbo communities in Delta started denying their Igbo identity, which has continued till today. It's a surival instinct. If helping Nigerian troops make videos and pics claiming that the atrocities they committed in Ikot Ekpene helped save that man and the remnant of his family, then it's a reasonable thing to do to stay alive.

- You are beating around the bush. You quote Jesus or Allalh if you like, but make sure that person shows me where Igbo is written in that edict. Because anything else would be subjective opinions.

On why it was directed towards the North, i wouldn't know.
Only Ironsi would know.

So far all evidence you have presented to prove Igbos taunting the Northerners all were busted.

- Ewu na ebe Akwa was composed by Igbos to mock Saraduna death. Turned out song was sang by an Ijaw man and was made years before Saraduna death. Propaganda epic failure.

-Igbos printed bread to mock Saraduna- Bursted since 2015, so they have resorted to saying it's a mere "rendition" , they can't provide the original because it doesn't exist. Another propaganda failure.

Are you not the same Ofoigbo? So I’m now Fulani?

Remember the time you were all around Nairaland trying to defame pa Awolowo and I had to beat you on your own thread such that you cried to the mods to delete your thread?

Remember? So now I’m Fulani lol?

You engaged me as a Yoruba that day but you must derail the thread today by using the “He is Fulani” tactics lol.

Lol, I don’t need anyone to teach me what to say at my level of exposure and resources at my disposal.

I have my integrity intact, gave you the image of the decree by Ironsi against people circulating ethnically motivated mockery in the North, a text image from the book and the rendering of the said example of the mockery.

Mind you, there are several examples of those mockery that were circulated. One can’t deny all this self-evident truth when you look at the nature and mannerism of the Ibo man. So this is left for the outside party to decipher.

So far on this thread, I have been able to prove a lot.
—Gave texts from an author that sources his evidences from a university in the same Igbo land giving credence to the fact that the Biafran army massacred the minorities.

—A pictorial evidence showing the destruction by the Biafran forces against the ethnic minorities.

—A video of folks in Rivers state commemorating How Biafran Troops massacred and Evicted Ijaw people in many Ijaw towns like Abonnema and Bakana during the Nigeria Vs Biafra Civil War.

— The decree from Aguiyi Ironsi specifically directed toward the Northern region to stop the mockery by the Ibos in the region. That you can deny something like this that is common knowledge says a lot about you.

—An extract from a journal presenting the findings of the mockery by the Ibos and a rendering of some of the method deployed to aid the mockery.

To all this evidence I presented, you have denied everything saying it’s either fake news, wrong, jargons, and etc.

What we are doing is an academic exercise, people can see those that backed their argument with facts and references and those that just base their thinking on Ibo logic.

The above explains what Happened in those Ijaw areas.
They had fierce civil war between pro Nigeria and pro Biafrans among them.
The pro Biafrans had upper hand initially and wielded it strong.
But when the region fell to FG forces, the pro Nigeria became strong and went for their own power grab.
The pro Biafra kings all fell to the sword or abdicated their thrones. The kingdom was disunited.
The reunite, they created a fallacy of Igbos coming to kill them, and exonerated their own brothers who were the pro Biafrans they were fighting with.
It's a narrative that brought peace to them, but at the expense of historical distortion.

You will do well with a career in comedy with this your lame approach.

I am an Igbo man because Allah gracious allowed Ijaw, Igbo and Bini blood to flow in mine veins......I am not begging to be Igbo.As I will not beg to be Gambari,Yoruba or Efik .

- Texts that were very vague and did a good job not providing names of those killed , their villages, and the Biafran Commander or unit involved.

- A pictorial evidence that is contaminated and rendered with surival instincts kicking in , as Ikot Ekpene fell into the FG troops hand. Peeps had to do whatever it took to stay alive and FG had to use them to run their propaganda against Biafra.

- No where were Igbos mentioned in that decree. You are simply pulling that out of your ass. Your desperation is obviously palpable, Mr Fulani.

- A video made by a people who are suffering from pseudologia fantastica.
Let them provide names of people Biafrans massacred, their villages and the Biafran units involved.

All you have done so far was senselessly try to justify a genocide and failed woefully and pitifully.

Hahahah lol. Now I’m even Fulani?

That is your new decoy of derailing the course of the thread?

So the Ijaw people in the video are suffering from pseudologia fantastica? Igbo logic!

So the pictorial evidence reeks of survival instinct? It is real but they did it because of survival instinct? I don’t even understand the Ibo logic here.

So why was the decree made then and why did he specifically directed it to the Northern region? Are the Northerners the one mocking themselves? How will he write Ibo on it? Even Buhari won’t specifically mentioned Ibo in the decree in that instance let alone Aguiyi Ironsi an Ibo man.

Xxxxx:
Do you know Azikiwe also gave credence to that assertion of Igbos mocking the Northerners in his book titled “The Origin of the Nigerian civil war”? Just 17pages sort of book.

When I get my hands on that actual book, I will scan it and upload this thread. The reference was mentioned in that text I uploaded but as a chronic denier that you are, you will need the actual hard copy of the book to believe.

Even when you have the hard copy, you might either say Azikiwe is an efulefu or he was pressured to write it at gunpoint.

So it's now a rendering? grin Your forerunners who first presented that paper bread before they were busted never said it was a "rendering" , I can as well provide the old threads here on that.
They were pushing the agenda that it was the original. I wouldn't be surprised if you were part of them under different moniker. And now hiding behind "rendering" because you know you had been busted.

Okay, since you said it's a "rendering", baa damua! Can you now show us the original one? grin
