PoliticsRe: N5,000 Will Strengthen The Cashless Policy – CBN Official by ifeci: 9:59am On Aug 27, 2012
Kpac: Power to Change
The govenor of Ekiti state once said "To change this country, you have to be in power"
I have been having some visiting headache since I got the news of the concluding intentions of CBN....
I have carefully studied these things in my capacity and I smell a conspiracy between GEJ,Ngozi and Sanusi....First,if 5000 notes is released, then its a step to increase fuel price in the nearest future, its another step to make huge withdrawals from the foreign reserve, its also a step to borrow a huge amount from World bank, which most probably have been nearing final approval.....Large currency like 5000 naira makes these operations easy and it would make their transactions cheaper....... And to the common man, price of every goods would increase, traansport fares etc...The price of pure water would firm at around 20 naira, the smallest sized bread would be 100 naira.
Don't forget that, the inroduction of 500 and 1000 naira was what made maggi sold for 2 for 5 naira(from 50k), chewing gum, sweets sold for 5 naira each(from 1 naira) etc just because traders was looking for every means to avoid collecting coins of 50k,1 naira and 2 naira.
All part of the Nigerian trade in a common man market eradicated the need for collecting coins by increasing their goods cost to meet up the nearest Note, which was 5 naira,as a result of these, coins disappeared from circulation.
The same would happen if these 5000 note is allowed by Nigerians....The hardship of Nigerians would increase significantly and no one would be spared.
I call on all Nigerians to halt these move....It is a calculation of gain to the government and its close allies and hardship to the masses which makes up more than 85% of the population.
To me, Ngozi okonji is just an agent of the world Bank rather than our finance Minister, she's just here to win and increase businesses for the wold bank.

Billyonaire: I went out and had a bottle of Hennessy with friends and Isi ewu, and some suya, you know what, I paid using the POS and it was above the daily cash withdrawal limit. What if the network was bad? I would have brought out bunbles of wads, but with 5000 notes it would mean portable cash. I dont believe Nigerians should be poor. I believe we should be as rich as Kuwait nationals and hire foreigners to clean our toilets. I love Nigerians and some day I will be President but for now, the cashless policy, the reduction of excess notes in the system is a good thing to avoid wastage of huge funds used in minting low value currency notes, Listen, poverty is the precursor of creativity and creativity is the mother of invention. Lets not prefer comfort to stay in poverty, we should be pushed to the world to get rich. If the government has to put 5000 notes in the system to revamp the economy, let it be done. I am sure the people at the elms of affairs are better brains than the rest of us and they know what they what they are doing.

bittyend1: It's past your bedtime, go to bed!!!

The brave men and women of the Nigerian Police Force aren't perfect, just like their foreign counterpart. And they're ill-equipped and underpaid compared to their foreign counterparts!! They EARNED the recognition they got...

US Police Department
Bittyend just go to bed, u r obviously ignorant and arguing on something that u know nothing about; just sentiments and assumptions which are not real. all u need is jst 1 experience and u will hate those pple 4life

bittyend1: Hide in another man's country, huh? I didn't choose where I was born, but I still represent my ancestry everyday!! And I've done a lot for Nigeria by defending Nigeria when I'm around non-Nigerians. grin

As for your rant - don't you think you should take your own advice and join the Nigerian Police, if you think they're not good enough? I bet you won't do that because you're a lousy prick that just likes to critique brave and gallant people for no reason.
Obviously they are not good at all! Oga u hv not had a personal experience wit these guys dts y u argue wit us from london or wherever u r
PoliticsRe: South Sudan Begs Nigeria Police For Training by ifeci: 9:58pm On Aug 21, 2012
miky: lol how come on every boko haram video or telecast, u see the poor policemen engaging in some kind of distress call.. i mean EVERY single one.. the poor folks are just sitting ducks for bh..

but like a typical unrealistic, non-thinking Nigerian u didn't answer, who would u call Jesus?? or would panic set in, and u call the police??
Too much CNN and BBC, thats the one the show u guys who refused to come back home so u will think all is well, stay there and be spking english mk dem sell d last plot of land wey ur Papa get for village na dt time u go knw say dem don sell Nigeria via CNN
PoliticsRe: South Sudan Begs Nigeria Police For Training by ifeci: 9:53pm On Aug 21, 2012
miky: Your worst day at an AC filled work office is the best a police man can wish for in his entire life!!! so dont seat there and talk about hardship.. go ask those people what they go through!!

i remembered driving around in abj on one of my recent trips back home, i saw one of the police dude standing there for a good 6-7 hours.. which other police force in the world requires

police men to become statues, and u expect them to be soft with u guys.. sheesh..One of my neighbors here in the usa is a police man not even a chief at that,, dude is leaving in prime

estate filled with doctors and such!! Now tell me, how dare you try to bribe a guy like that!!

There is no difference between a policeman and an avg nigerian, All the evil and thing u guys talk about with the police is a reflection of self.. NONE of you would do better in a similar position, again NONE!!
Oga police get level and they are being paid according to their grade levels, u cant be a corporal and earn like a sergeant and their is room for them to improve them selves and earn more, the Nigerian system pays GVT workers majorly on the certificate you have. Most of those guys are primary six school leavers who refused to improve themselves. rather, they resort to collecting money on the streets so wot do u expect, they shld b paid thesame as the IG
PoliticsRe: South Sudan Begs Nigeria Police For Training by ifeci: 9:40pm On Aug 21, 2012
bittyend1: I had to get abusive/aggressive to goats, that's the only language you guys understand..

Don't rubbish the achievements of the Nigerian Police Force - they earned it!!

The same can't be said about your pot bellied and utterly corrupt politicians and elites!!
The point is that u r not in Nigeria and even when u come bck, mummy carries u around. u shldn't be on this topic at all and secondly, this is not a place for kids or mommies boys!
PoliticsRe: South Sudan Begs Nigeria Police For Training by ifeci: 9:35pm On Aug 21, 2012
miky: Who would u call when BH eventually blows up your church JTF? pope? or Mary??
I wouldn't call the police because they wouldn't come. in Nigeria, let me enlighten you, they usually come after the incident and when every where is calm. if the hear the sound of bullet from afar, they will turn and come bck later.
PoliticsRe: South Sudan Begs Nigeria Police For Training by ifeci: 9:31pm On Aug 21, 2012
bittyend1: Fvcking hell, you Nigerians are the same low IQ having apes!! I bet it's the sun!!

Can't you pillocks see beyond your nostrils and give credits where it's due?

These gallant people risk their freaking lives to protect you guys despite being ill-equipped and underpaid, yet you're spewing crap - because another country values the same people you crucify, day in day out..

Now, I see why the country is messed up because of your medieval mentalities!!

Why can't you channel the same hatred to the elites who're looting your national wealth?

Nah, you won't do that because the average Nigerian worships money, plonkers!!
Mayb u shld switch off CNN and tune in to LTV or AKBC maybe you will get a glimpse of the true picture and pls, can't u mk a coherent sensible statement without using fvck? are u a r.a.pist or cocaine pusher? u jst don't sound normal.
PoliticsRe: South Sudan Begs Nigeria Police For Training by ifeci: 9:23pm On Aug 21, 2012
miky: FVck outta here dude,, when i come to nigeria i make it priority to offer those guys money nothing less than 20$ per seating.. and i always explained to them why i did that, also letting them know that there are still Nigerians who know what if feels like to be in their situation... so yeah clearly Fvck off u retardeen
Ok so miky = Bittyend or wotever dt fvcking name is, pls tranfer ur charity else where rather than waste money on those crooks, their are people who are in destitute homes who can benefit from such benevolence; as for the police, don't bother, they already hv enuf loot to share

adamscuti: Let me make it clear to some group of unpathrotic nigerians here who are busy typing rubbish. If u think d nigerian police aren't doin their bst pls i wud advise u to pack ur kaya and ghana must go and go n stay somewhere in somalia or afghanistan.
There might b some little corruption in d system but that dosen't mean the police aren't trying their best. 4get what u hear in d news it happens everywhere, try check out the egyptain police,u will see d high level of molestation, toture and corruption there.
I can vividly rememba back in 2009 when i was bullied by a phone repairer who refused 2 gve me bck my phone and d #1000 i paid 4 it. D Idiot gve me a sound slap on my face when i requsted 4 my phone which has been wit him 4 over a mnth as a gentle guy i didn't fight him instead i reported d case to d police u wnt believe me,the police didn't collect a single kobo 4rm me as this guy was arrested n was forced to gve me bck my phone and money.
So u see the international media only show u d little bad part and hide most of d good side of the police.
Oga dt is ur own case. I was actually dragging my wallet with a police man when I told them I had no money on me to fuel their car to go and make and arrest. And I ask this question, Should I pay the police or fuel their car to go make an arrest? because if u dnt, they dump ur case file.

Oga just sharrap, cos ur argument is getting annoying, Do u even reside in Nigeria to defend those pigs? its only in Nigeria that u hear that a police man sprayed bullets on commuters and killed many because of 20 naira and other lurid stories. Abeg mk we hear word.
