They drive on these walk ways as if it's their right and our various inforcement agencies look on haplessly and helplessly.

Our judiciary is in two parts,one for the poor and the second for the elites.
The poor----judgement is speedy,rule of law is obeyed,proper sentence is meted out without mercy.
Sentence is served in an appropriate facility.


The elites----judgement crawls like snail,bottledneck and dichotomy come into play.
When judgement seems to be given,culprits do their time on luxury hospital beds or pay their fines from their bre..ast pockets.
