I think Customer service is NOC C and does not qualify for express entry. You should Google NOC Customer service and see.

It’s not paid by my employer. All from contractors whose projects are on-going or completed. It’s just given by hand. The only evidence I have is a memo stating I’m part of the project, or that I’m the project supervisor... some of the memos contain the budget for the project, (which will include training the staff which is us) some of them don’t hv d budget written on them.
If it’s going to be an issue, I think I’d just raise a gift deed. Cos I really don’t know how to explain this.

Instead of stressing yourself, why not just transfer the money to a sibling or parent's account while they send it to you as gift deed.

I'm asking cause someone mentioned here that if mention that he has work experience while creating an EE profile, when I receive ITA I will have to provide documentation for it.

if you read the crs tool well its clearly stated, only spouse work experience from Canada counts. After ITA you state it in personal history which requires no documentation

Since it does not add to the score, will putting it cause any harm?

It would be out soon, just be patient. I also wrote that day and it's yet to be out.

I have processed my transcript from OOU to WES and it took 7 months. Although it was during the time covid started. However, I think these people don't just do their jobs because my husband has been on his for the past 5 months now. We hope it all gets sorted soon, although we have a contact and we have also mailed the registrar and other people to help out.

I think you should continue with your maiden name (This is what I have also opted for). It does not mean you cannot claim to be married, provided you have your marriage certificate.

Basically it involves using your Bsc to apply for a similar HND course at a polytechnic, you are automatically drafted into Pre-HND. Your Bsc transcript is requested and exemptions are given on similar courses already undertaken at Bsc level. In my case, I was only told to write an exam on two courses which were not taken and didn't reflect in my Bsc transcript after which i was issued a National diploma to proceed for my HND. Sent my Bsc and ND to WES and was evaluated for two degrees.

Fees I paid were
ND1 fees 102k
ND2 fees 80k
Transcript 15k
