First things first: I am a Christian in the basic understanding that I try to emulate Jesus and act like he would in today's day and age; and I also follow the two commandments of love that he gave us.

That being said there is something that just annoys me with churches like Dunamis. From the so-called testimonies that people give of seeing demons in dreams to be visited by the Head Pastor in their sleep to the over-dramatic oh-I-just-fell-because-of-the-anointing. Or maybe the ridiculous "miracles" - today's special was a girl who apparently wears super-strength glasses for her myopia. There is a way people look when they wear such glasses and this girl looked like she hadn't ever worn even a cheap pair of sunglasses. Or even the preaching that is so short and boring and repetitive every bloody week.

Can someone please recommend a better church before I just decide to not abandon Sunday services in all? Also, posters that may try to make posts of how my soul should be saved, please don't. My soul is my concern alone not yours

10 Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.

11 Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.

12 Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit. This verses and many in the Bible made it clear that man can actually lose his salvation.
