I came across some article talking about these changes you are referring to... I just can't remember the contents very well.... I'm not sure if there would be any form of physical interview again... I think the next stage will be documentation...

You know that after the COVID period, a lot of companies went remote so that changed the recruitment process a ton.

For example, the smart interview seems new as compared to the other assessment of the previous year.

These are just my own observations though.

So this means every step of the recruitment process is important.

please what and what changed this year? what are the additions in the recruitment process?

I don't feel they will be using percentage or scores this year though.

I feel they are assessing us based on a certain level of performance that is not tied to a mark.

I did some research on it and it says that within 1 - 2 weeks we will get the results of the test we did.

But a lot changed this year in terms of the recruitment process so let's just keep watching it.

We hosted a twitter space today NERC TEST II PREP CLASS and it lasted for 3hrs+. A lot of information was shared. Hopefully we will host a second class tomorrow and will recap what was discussed today and dive in more.

I don't know where all of you are getting the info from... You don't know may be they are working on the site. Any small thing you see on the site, before a beep of eye you will have tag it to your relative working with Nerc give you the info.
The info that majority of Nerc staff don't even know much on it.

If All things work for good, According to how it is planned, something is coming up Tentatively either on the 20th of Nov or End of the month.
Consultants are only waiting for the NERC management to decide the final date to shortlist candidate, and be contacted for the Next Recruitment.
