I keep laughing when I see this dollars issue toss around. Our problem remain we are consuming country, that barely produce anything. This will always be a threat on our money.

Plus our consumption level is not going to change anytime soon......

One thing I have learnt is never try to use global economic theories and practices in the Nigerian situation. It will fall face flat, because we don't have any controls, standards, regulation, institutional integrity and independence.

Exactly...I knew government will introduce an intervention, and this country the policies are always unstable ...except you wan keep the money for years, or one is earning in that currency....our instability makes it hard for in book theories to work out

Just buy and Keep. Don't be a doubting Thomas.

When the price discovery period set in, Government intervention will stablize the rate....and fluctuation index will be around -2+2....

I just say make I update you....you can speak to your banker friend as well....remember bank can't buy from you...only aboki can ...and aboki will always buy below current BM

Happy Sunday Everyone,

If you have money go and buy dollar and keep

Dollar will get to N1000 before it starts crashing to N600 unilateral foreign exchange propose by FG .

I have invested a total of $5000 @ N740,

Now Dollar is N800 naira.

Make hay when the sunshine

Bro don't over store it....that I&E rate your quoted is just the maximum price offered by seller on the floor that day, doesn't mean any buyer bought it that rate.....call your aboki plug and tell him you want to sell it ...let's see how much he is willing to buy ....the black market will continue to hover around the 750-765 ...and aboki will always buy below that ...it will surge but not very much....you overall gain may not be up to 100k....imagine keeping 5m just to get a return of 100k after many months....

Thank you for responding.
What about hand luggage ?
My laptop and other documents can be in my hand luggage right?

Will I require a visa for layover ?

You dont need a transit visa for the layover...since you have a uk visa it covers that route ....hand luggages is 5kg....but it will be checked...so pack just non perishable items in that one.....and u can still join that with a laptop bag.....

How much did you pay for extra luggage?

I didn't pack more than the accepted kg....I weighed from home as well.....for Qatar....you can add a laptop bag to your baggage...but must be strictly laptop or any educational content..books or stationaries...any other thing in that extra bag will be removed.

Thanks a lot.

I’m the main applicant applying alongside 2 dependants. Would the walk in fee be 44k times 3 = 132k ?

No... Since you must have gotten an appointment date for yourself .....just your 2 dependant will pay.

Hello guys,

Please is the walk in service for study visa still accessible, and what’s the cost if it is.

Second, are original documents submitted to tls during biometrics, or only uploads of the documents are done?

Thanks in advance for the enlightenment.

Walk in is available for 44k....

If you are doing assisted upload....go with your originals, they will help your scan and upload it ....and hand you back your originals.

Good evening house. Please, I am the MA, can I use my husband's account for POF? because we are going together

Yes, you can..ensure you add signed consent letter from him to your application....the letter should explain you have access to the funds for your use in the UK.

grin but that stupid boy don go cast us for UK sha

UK made their decision even before that guy made his unintelligent remarks...he was just a scapegoat that allowed himself as a specimen. But then one can focus on masters in a research course and you will still be able to bring your dependant in.

Hope you know your COR doesn't have any effect on migrating to Canada.

It does sir.... especially when you are getting a certification from a UK university...

Hello house,
I have a question to ask please.

Is it only IOM that is accepted? I saw other hospitals there but it seems like it's only IOM everyone on this thread is using.

Is there any reason for that ?

Please I'll be glad to hear your responses. Thank you.

Qlife, or ST Nicholas is also acceptable....most people tends to use IOM just because that's the first place we all learned of....

Hi 7 years ago my visa to visit the USA was refused on the grounds of that there were incomplete documents for my travel but this has changed will this affect my chances of getting a student visa to UK? I lost the refusal letter and am thinking of answering no previous visa refusals on the online form. Any advice from those who were in a similar situation?

It won't affect your chances, declare it during your application and enter reason for refusal as you stated above...if ukvi discover that information themselves, you won't like to outcome....declare it please

Congrats man! But why didn't you go to Canada through study visa if at all going through express entry is not possible? Pathway to PR through Canada study visa seems easier and clear.

That 720k for 2 months rent is far cheaper compared to Canada. Housing is not smiling over there.
Congrats 🎉

UK student route has a high success rate compared to Canada....I can easily migrate from the UK to Canada, than Nigeria to Canada....

Sweden

Australia

Poland

Turkey

Belgium

Scotland

Are good countries one can also migrate to through study route

I heard Norway education is free for international students and in some part of Germany

Yes....but language barrier in some of those listed countries can affect your ability to get work and some don't allow dependant to work.

You did the whole processing on your own or you had the assistance of agency?

On my own....UK student route is a very easy process unlike Canada...dedicate some hours to the UK student thread every day....you will learn the process and you can ask all your question there...don't pay any one any shishi

Tell us u have Japa without saying "I have Japa" grin Congratulations. Another ehailing testimony.

For me e-hailing is a phase of life...I was sick of it and I know it's not meant for me..so all thanks to the motivation it gave me....

I just believe we should all just have an exit plan, some exit is involuntary and if not well prepared for can affect one deeply....

Thanks for the well wish .

I hope Government do something about the impending inflation this fuel of a thing will bring about ....what's the essence of income, when expense that will swallow all is hovering around necessity, transactional and emergency needs... If you can afford japa abeg ...it's not easy here but it's better than what you have back home...dust that your Bsc or MSc certificate, if you are a tech person, their are tier 2 jobs here in the UK, you can key into, even anyone looking at care jobs...all you need to do is run up certification on Allison or Florence health apps ..Don't be too comfortable....if the subsidy reinvestment by the government fails due to corruption by the elites...it will cripple so many business, even the e-hailing company won't be able to stand the impact.... Above all, don't stop learning...
