Yes u can eat mango and other fruits
Silver bird is used for steam inhalation and u can put on a beeb close to the nose to breath in when she has congested nose
PLEASE STOP NOSPAMIN: it causes abdominal distention
Ensure u burp her after each feed
Tummy massage helps(massage the tummy in circular motions,pls don't do it on a full tummy/after feed)
Bicycle motion with the leg(lie the baby on her back and move her legs like she's riding a bicycle)
Tummy time too helps(place her on her tummy to play,ensure she's supervised)
Other mamas too will contribute

Wednesday d 13th of April was my antenatal so wen I got thr we started exercising as usual until my name was called to go see d gynae. Wen he checked me he said I was 2cm dilated dat I missed my show...shuuuu! He inserted cytotec into my VJ, dat was ard past 11am, immediately I called hubby to bring my bag, i felt no pain till ard 3:40 pm my water broke and I was placed on hot drip 10 mins later pains started and d only thing I was saying was "I refuse to cry, i refuse to cry" continously lol while hitting my palm on d wall. Ard 10 min to 6 pm I told d nurses dat I want to push dey said don't try it o or u kill urself and my response was see me ooooo. ..lol...so dey checked me at once and shouted oya let's take her to labour room at exactly 6 pm at 2nd push my daughter BLOSSOM MMASINACHI came out weighing 3.3( Daddy's carbon copy) without tear. It was awesome. But dis vigilante aspect nobi beans o. Pls word of advice to 3rd trimester pushing mamas DONT JOKE WITH EXERCISE and KPEKUSIN.

And the God of all Impossibilities took my delivery yesday at exactly 6 pm. Now am a mother so the latest mother in town and Daughter well and active. BS later

As for that 9year old it'll end up being a complete waste of your time. There are only a limited no of chores she can do anyway so you still have to do the work yourself more or less. Then you will be burdened with checking if she has done her school work if she had a bath properly if she did her own laundry well etc etc. So it ain't worth it in opinion!

Am currently living with my niece she turned 9 January 15th it's true talk dat dey r small n u hv to babysit but u hv to make it suit u am nt planning of getting any other person we hv to continue she has learn how to do most things in my hus already. U hv to wake up 5 to prepare her to sch. It was hell wen she came newly i cry literally wen it's time to prepare her for sch. Her mum (mysister) refused to carry her child bk couple wit d fact dat my hubby stays abroad so he asked me manage her so I will wake up early prepare her breakfast n d launch n buy biscuits at d same tym u hv to hurry her cos she's enter bathroom or toilet n won't come out for d next hour jezzz. See wat I did for it to suit me from November last yr .... at nyt b4 going to bed i'ld let her kw wat she will eat d next morning if it's noodles I will boil d egg cos she can't tym egg but she can make noodles so in d morning she'll just cook it n eat wit dat egg, same goes for tea or other cereals ......I set alarm for her for 6 am cos her sch is nt far, so wen she wakes up straight to brush her teeth n to bathroom after she goes to d kitchen arrange d plates she has washed last in d plate rack, make whatever shez eating n I don't cook for sch lunch anymore I give biscuit or buy gala dat will serve for one week so she jus take one n her water off she goes so wen eva I hv strength I will make lunch n she eats wen she gets bk from sch. And it became easier for both of us. Shez doing well but u hv to do assignment tire o, u hv to talk tire. I hope dis helps

Meanwhile able mamas is 9 year old too small. My mum got a nine year old for me to help atleast with the baby while I do house chores when time reach. My sis is saying she is too small. I will be babysitting two babies.
Kinda confused. Getting a nanny is difficult and dis child is somehow a relative so kinda trusted. I will be sending her to school. That's d only tin her parent want.
