I think the guy should leave Naija at once and go to Ghana. Do you know what he passed through before setting that plant. He had to smuggle most of the equipments into nigeria. The first set of equipments he imported was seized by customs and totally disappeared afterwards. They tried eveything possible to make sure that plant didnt start, but they failed.
He should leave, before he will wake up one morning to find the plant sealed by federal govt. for no reason.

I am not a police officer neither do I have money to replace an impounded car. But the truth is that you cant pay them all. you try to beat as many as possible and then pay the rest. Just ask anyone that crosses car for you.

I have driven a cotonou toks car twice from lagos to enugu and the experience is nothing to write home about. There is more than 200 police check points and each wants to collect 200 Naira. Plus 5 customs checking points trying to collect 5k each. Your best bet is to look for a military man to do the driving and like Emperoh said "soak your chaplet fo water"

If I buy another car from cotonou I will drive it again myself. Nothing compares to the ADRENALINE RUSH. Trying to beat as many police check points and customs. W O A H !
