We heard of how trillions were remitted through TSA, and the president was still complaining of not having enough funds, The minister of finance said government will borrow to pay salaries. Now this, My comment was a rhetorical question. "and the country is still broke?"... Because that dullard always complains of not having enough funds.

There's nothing accountable and profitable by the way, if that was the case, the Government won't be thinking of borrowing to pay salaries.

This is a nice idea. I think its a win win situation. There are lots of recruitment sites and companies that can place adverts. Someone that is unemployed will be very glad to see other job vacancies he can apply for. Even seminars and entrepreneur workshops can be advertised.
The government gets paid through adverts and unemployed youths get to apply for more vacancies and might even get jobs from the adverts.

The spark plugs in petrol engines can not ignite the vegetable fuel. Only diesel engines are adapted to utilising less inflamable and high viscous solvents by compressing and igniting the fuel under high air pressures

Again the Nigerian Army shows how daft they are at making a simple lie.

Ya-Mairam Ya-Malaye, a 57-year-old mother-of-eight who was among hundreds of women and children abducted from the town of Bama in September 2014, managed to escape Boko Haram last week.

She said the group has devised a crude way of adding salt to oil extracted from groundnuts to make biodiesel for their motorcycles to mount attacks from their Sambisa Forest enclaves in Borno.

“They confiscate the groundnuts (that) farmers in villages in and around Sambisa cultivated all-year-round from their farms and irrigation fields,” she explained from Maiduguri.

“They crush the nuts using diesel-powered grinding machines to extract the oil to which they add salt to make it light and combustible.”

Boko Haram had been getting fuel from young men who would bring the petrol to designated points near Sambisa (forest) for the fighters to pick, she added.
