please my mum will be coming when i put to bed i need ideas on what to give to my mum after omuguwo,thanks.

@recruitment,just tot 2 share my story and things u should avoid if u are induced.i was induced 4 high bp when i was 38 weeks,the drip was started about 7am,i was 1cm b4 they started at 10am i was 2cm then a nurse came and broke my water that it will hestiane it,that was 1 big mistake,at 12pm i was 4cm thats where d labour stalled,at 5pm the doc came 2 see me and was not happy with the nurse,by this time my baby was already in distress,we had 2 go in 4 CS at 6pm.pls note this
1.never allow anyone break ur water if you are not in active labour,say btw 5-7cm.
2.you'l be on drip through out and wont be able to change position that could aid d dilation,try to kneel on the bed on stand,its what i learnt afterwards.
3.be sure ur cervix is ripe cos if the baby is far like station 0 above it wont be easy.
4.lie on ur left side during labour it helps to lower bp.
5.if ur water didnt break you can ask for the drip to be turned down thats if not progress of dilation,its allowed in US dont knw of naija.

I didnt have vomiting or neusea in my 1st preganancy,but had them mild in my 2nd,what helped me was lime in water,which i sipped like crazy,i had 2 research 2b sure its safe which they say is,maybe u can try it and ginger,all the best

Heard a prog.'health watch' on radio nigeria some time ago on fibriod issue unfortunetly the contacts i got was in my fone which was stolen,but the doctor was from winners diagonostic or so cant remember the full hospital name but 4 radio nig to pick them they could be popular,but he said they have brances nation wide from the way he spoke i guess they are good,maybe google can help u.

I and my husband were driving towards central area in abuja,when we got to the bridge close to the central mosque we slowed to cross those bumps,my handbag was on my laps and my window down cos of heat,within a blink one guy just picked the bag and entered the plantation,pls be care how you hold your bags especialy on your laps when you sit in a car and when you move in hold up.pls beware txs.

Its not that i am playing d blame game,the facts are clear-i am the only person that studied library n infor sci.yet because i dont knw any1, its like hospital witout a surgeon.it is well,thanks anyways,wish i could do sometin about it. I am not writing this to be critised or blasted,just thought you should know.
I studied Library n Information science n did my SIWES in a govt.parastatal,after service they invited me 4 interview but had 2 employ me as contract staff pending when gov.giv go ahead 4 recruiting. I worked my head off doing my duties i was d only librarian in d comission,went 2 wrk early up to d day b4 i gave birth,cut annual leave short cos nobody was in the library,fellow nairalanders i did this for 4years 2mnts thinkin when dy want 2 recruit i l b shortlisted. D long awaited embargo was lifted last week lo n behold my name was not in d list!instead those dat didnt come 2 wrk,etc name's where there.it was a suprise 2 most,but God knows best. When i went 2 ask d director he had d guts 2 say'you need 2 knw a senator or top personel'who brought u?now i knw why some govt.agencies dont process n why some ethnic grps put there people 2 wrk without n d plaz just dies off.its not by qualificatn n experience o,its who u now n thats d Nigerian factor. May God help those of us who dont know senators,amen
