Great0ne1:The word is DUMB and not dump oga doofus. Is Russia the only Oil producer in the world? The focus is Gas and not oil because EU can always source oil from other producing countries. Their concern is the gas and incidentally USA produces a whole lot more Gas than Russia which is why the same US has not only increased Oil supply but also increased Gas supply to Europe. Russia is simply trying to fight a proxy war with USA in terms of Oil and Gas supply and they cannot beat USA in any of them. EU increased the cost of gas because already they are shifting their supply source to USA (for now) Doofus extraordinaire stop embarrassing yourself na.
|
Great0ne1:Iti! Whatever happened to electric heaters. You see why you don't have sense? |
Great0ne1:Oponu!! Summer is VIRTUALLY (ALMOST, NEARLY) upon them...... English shouldn't be this hard. E say na storm the streets and kick out their foolish leaders ![]() EU will not pay Russia in rubles! Choke on it. |
SeaTrade:Incoherent trash! Has any sanction been placed on the EUROS? Has any EU country with the Gas supply contract with Russia sanctioned their own Euros? How then can Russia not access such payments made in Euros? Is EU paying Russia in Dollars? Last time I checked only Dollars cannot be accessed by Russia due to the ban on it by USA against them. If your pea sized brain cannot simply fathom that what Russia simply wants to do is use EU to help bolster the Rubles and has nothing to do with not having access to payments made in Euros then I cannot help your obtuse DNA. Mugu raised to power infinity. |
SeaTrade:You are really slow for someone who wants to make a counter argument. Do you even know how payment systems work at all? Makes me wonder why payments in foreign currency easily get converted to the country of the receiving country and domiciled in their account. Same Ruble that Russia is demanding payments in. The conversion would simply be from Euros to Rubles. Or has Russia stopped using the Rubles? You are simply a dumbo |
Astoria:My common sense has clearly helped jumpstart your warped brain. Run along since you have been exposed as the one with zero common sense. E say na overbloated ego simply because he lacks common sense |
Astoria:So you expect Moscow to confirm their stupidity caused radiation poisoning to their own soldiers and thus cause a revolution in their country? So you have not seen how aggressively Russia has shut down all external media even to shutting down social media of all kinds in their desperate attempt at controlling their narrative which they feed to their zombified brainwashed population? Common sense alone should let you know that ANYONE who exposes themselves without protective clothing in an already radiation poisoned zone would also get radiation poisoning which is what happened. Were the Russian soldiers nuclear specialists or scientists or just gun totting fools? They were the latter. Did they dig trenches there? Yes Did they raise radiation filled dust in the air and inhale it in the process? Yes Did they touch the environment and eat their food in same environment with zero precautions? Yes So please explain to me how it's propaganda and how the source should be your problem? Do you have unprotected sex with an HIV patient simply because the hospital at that time did not have condoms to offer you? Abeg shift. |
emmanbol:Really? Tell me more about international law ![]() So a specific legally binding contract was breeched when the country was sanctioned when sanctions were not included on the contract as a clause which would be considered as Bree h of contract? Ogbeni abeg getat. Show me where Russia even remotely cited anything about breech of contract in all the noise they have been making? All they have been saying has been that EU must pay in rubles and threatening them with shutting off the gas. It's simply coercion from Russia and nothing to do with breech of anything. Stop manufacturing nonsense claims |
Great0ne1:You wish they would freeze to death but guess what, Summer is virtually upon them in Europe ![]() How would they freeze to death in Summer idiota? ![]() |
Astoria:Ukraine has first hand info. Afterall they visited their hospital for help did they not? Reports were rife a few weeks ago in various media that they were not using protective clothing and were digging trenches there. Tell me you are not aware since you only feast on Russian media. Do you know why the area has red trees? Radiation poisoning and the same fools were digging trenches in already radiation poisoned zones. What did you expect was going to happen? |
Astoria:Attested to by a letter from Russia Nuclear power company ROSATOM as well.
|
sangresan:Open your eye and stop parroting nonsense
|
Great0ne1:EU will not pay in Rubles idiota. |
NinjaXmetahuman:So you are 10 then. See who is talking about international politics when he has been senselessly rambling and evading salient points all night. Like I said before, sit this one out. EU will not pay in Rubles because no contract is ever amended by one party. Not even under duress |
Elvis778:He has himself boxed into a corner instead. Rendering his country a place with zero investor friendliness. EU would diversify and then what would he do? Drink and sniff his oil and gas as breakfast, lunch and dinner? Even if a few nations like China, India still buy from him, he would have lost the patronage and income from 27 countries in Europe just to keep two from Asia. Whose loss? |
NinjaXmetahuman:Older and way more knowledgeable than you are apparently |
NinjaXmetahuman:Let the courts decide that and not Putin. This is why it's called a LEGALLY binding contract. You should sit this one out |
2loadedguy:Dude even in the face of a force majeure it is still subject to an arbitration clause which is found in all contracts of legal repute. You cannot defeat the law my friend As a correction it is FORCE MAJEURE and not FAUCE MAJUERE |
NinjaXmetahuman:In every contract there is always an arbitration clause. You should look it up. For contracts binding countries, such an arbitration clause is always placed before international courts outside the control of both disagreeing parties. It's all open to a legal tussle and not for one side to want to tamper with an already executed contract |
2loadedguy:Chairman of Mumus I doubt you have ever seen a contract in your life? EVERY contract has it's terms laid out IN BLACK AND WHITE. Nothing is vague. Euros is not sanctioned by the EU. Only the dollar was sanctioned by the US. EU pays Russia in Euros so how can they not access it when same is converted to Rubles when it hits their Central bank? Are you high on stupidity or what? |
ken6488:How was the contract annulled over Sanctions when EU did not sanction Russian gas? Explain it to me I beg you. While explaining also explain to me where it stipulated in the contract that "any sanctions on Russia by any EU nation which Russia supplies her gas to would result to a breech of this contract". Also explain to me how it is free gas when EU is still paying in Euros and that same Euros has not been sanctioned by anybody. Oya the floor is yours. Explain |
AroleOduduwa2:That's because you backed yourself into a corner you know you cannot explain yourself out of. How and when did the Russian central bank start using Euros? Tell me joor ![]() |
ken6488:Can you show me where the Euro was outlawed by EU for Russia? You have this constant habit of drifting offpoint but please come back to the issue at hand. We are not talking about Switzerland but Russia and the supply of Gas to EU. Was the Euro outlawed by EU as the currency of payment after it was executed on the contract as currency if payment? I need an answer please |
obailala:Is the above a part of this particular contract and is it an added clause that constitutes a breech of contract regarding how Gas should be supplied to the one who pays them? If it is, show me where. |
Apart from this NIN linkage to Sim situation all telecoms networks should remove the "hide number" option available to their networks. Their should be no more unknown number callers. Makes attaching the names and faces of those who have linked their NIN to Sim very easy |
Miracle112:It would only begin to work once the deadline expires and telecoms companies disconnect all those who have not linked. Not before. Right now they are yet to implement. Once they do, you will understand. So you better ensure you link yours |
dododawa1:You better go and link yours because once the deadline expires and all networks are asked to disconnect all those who have not linked their numbers, you, Bokoharam and bandits would all be disconnected together |
IMASTEX:You are wrong |
Maxymilliano:Once the deadline is up, all those who have not been linked would be disconnected from the network. This would cut off communication for bandits and the likes of them who have not linked. Once they want to get comms back then they link and their real names and info would be available to the FG so once a number is tracked it is easy to get the face and name attached to it for an easy WANTED signal to be given out with same full details. Same way the FBI does |
DerrickzB:No rules on an already executed contract by both parties with clearly laid down rules for either termination or amendment? What school did you attend? |
AroleOduduwa2:So Russias central bank uses Euros? Wow tell me more! ![]() |
obailala:You are not answering my question. How and when did EU breech THIS PARTICULAR contract? |
