Go to minna and get a house in Bosso area, London Street if you can afford the rent. Water and light is relatively steady and safe too. Don't try working from suleja pls, its dangerous travelling that road regularly and n d road is kind of bad.

I currently stay in Bosso Estate, but electricity is just 10 hours a day.
