There is no content here to back up his (Nnamani's) claim that he was wrongly expelled. He is only doing this to give people false hope.

The principle of justice anywhere in the world is to give fair hearing to the accused. You cannot hear one side of the case and make judgement.

The point Senator Nnamani is making is that NEC not NWC can take such decision as written in the PDP constitution. Therefore as far as INEC is concerned if PDP win the Senatorial sit Nnamani will be declared winner.
