Not one word from Accra from January 2021 till January 2022 and then I got married on the 24th of December 2021 & added my spouse. I sent mail on the 3rd of January 2022 and IRCC replied same day with list of documents to add spouse.

Spouse added on profile- 2nd February 2022
Remedical, PCC & Schedule A request
BIL for spouse - 13th March 2022

PPR- 30th May 2022 (it landed in my JUNK MAIL)

For london, as a family you can live in commuter towns such as luton, Kent, Bedford, Cambridgeshire. It's okay as long as one is working full time and you dont have classes everyday. Besides as a student you get 30% off on rail travel within and outside london.

It is not easy commuting and train fare is now expensive. Also, Reading and Hatfield is still expensive compared to Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool. Also, living expenses is such places is higher.

If you are single, you can survive London by living in shared accommodation. If you are married as a student with family, forget London. That £1500 is the basic fee. Some accommodation is as high as 3000 pounds.

London is good for the working class as you are paid more and other attractive centres and company will give you subsidy. But still yet the living expenses is still high for comfortable living.

I am trying to make a decision for a school which is off London but at least cheap enough. At most 14k tuition will be ideal. I prefer off London because I heard there are more student jobs in London and they pay higher.

Please can someone recommend some few schools so I can make a choice

I advocate for university of sunderland london campus or ulster university London campus. Easy going in my opinion in terms of application, CAS and fees payment

My PTA request for cancellation was treated up to ADB supervisor stage but the portal is STILL not allowing me to request for PTA even after cancellation done by globus bank. Has anyone had similar experiences??

Thank you. I submitted documents stated on my CAS (uk masters degree) , I also submitted my POF, Tuberculosis test result, work references to show study gap, NYSC all merged into one document to justify study gap, marriage certificate, previous uk visas and other visas all merged in one document.

Brethrennnnn, God has done it.

Pls, University of Sunderland , who is going for April batch? Have you received CAS yet? If yes, when did you pay your fees and how long did it take before the issued you CAS?

i paid my fees last week, got my telex copy but they haven't received it yet. I'm hopeful it would reflect today in their account. I called them and they said not to worry.

Please ooh you ppl should help me out my heart is racing. Who has gotten into Sunderland University with low POF?

My tuition fees is 12,225 pounds and the condition is to pay 50% of the tuition fees, which I have done. My POF is 22k dollars and has matured. My agent is just telling me yesterday that the POF is not enough that I should either add 1800 to the my pof or pay an additional 1600k pounds for tuition.

Pls take note that I'm going for April batch and the University has sent me a mail that the last date to issue cas is on 18th of Match.

Pls what should I do? It took more than a month to process form A. She is suggesting I ask someone inthe UK to pay for me, which is not possible because I don't have anybody there. If she had informed me on time I would have added 1800 dollars to my account.

Pls will this prevent me from getting cas?

Hi, unfortunately it might. Are you a single applicant? If you can, please source for forex using black market and pay the additional fee because if you add the extra now, you cant get CAS using that because it has not been in the account for 28 days. So best bet is to pay more fees using black market. Itll save you rejection or if you're not too keen to start in april you can defer

Lol you can call them to confirm your student number or application number. I think they are the same thing. Tuition is paid using form A

London campus in june or april? Tuition is 13,500 you're supposed to pay 3,500 for CAS but 50% upon enrollment. You get conditional offer but only get unconditional offer when you deposit monies.

I just said your parents can sponsor you both. It is not safer. You didn't have money to sponsor yourself and in a couple of months, you miraculously want to sponsor your spouse.
Does that make any sense to you?

Please can a married student be sponsored by their parent for student visa? And can this married student later apply for their dependant (husband) after arriving in the uk with their own bank statement rather than parents, since I'm assuming parents cannot sponsor spouse

Please will Teesside issue you full refund if you request? People turn down offers because of this Teesside yet they refused to issue CAS. Am asking because their agent is already telling me they can process another school for me but I dont want to have anything to do with them. I want to do it myself

Yes if you withdraw your application they would. Alternatively you can wait till after 20th December which is the last day they say they would issue CAS and request for refund. Its safer that way.

So how do you know about ULAW when you're looking for admission. I even thought you were waiting for CAS.

Please does anyone know anything concrete about University of Law I applied a day ago and got unconditional offer the following day but i am skeptical because at this point I am also waiting on teeside to issue CAS but if ULaw is faster in issuing CAS I can request for refund from Teeesside (those people have toyed with my mental health).
