Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Massive Banking Job At Integrated Corporate Services Limited - 15th Nov, 2015 by IHEKESON: 12:22pm On Nov 16, 2015
It's actually real. A friend I got recruited to Access Bank last week. The pay, according to him, is 90k per month and it's not marketing.

Bro, thanks so much for posting this. I heard this stuff on the radio sometimes last year while driving in LA and I have been searching for it since then.
You're welcome, Sir.

LADIES AND GENTLEMEN,

Wear sunscreen.
If I could offer you only one tip for the future, sunscreen would be it.
The long term benefits of sunscreen have been proved by scientists, whereas the rest of my advice has no basis more reliable than my own meandering experience...
I will dispense this advice now.

Enjoy the power and beauty of your youth; oh never mind; you will not understand the power and beauty of your youth until they have faded.
But trust me, in 20 years you'll look back at photos of yourself and recall in a way you can't grasp now how much possibility lay before you and how fabulous you really looked...
You're not as fat as you Imagine.

Don't worry about the future; or worry, but know that worrying is as effective as trying to solve an algebra equation by chewing bubblegum.
The real troubles in your life are apt to be things that never crossed your worried mind.
The kind that blindside you at 4pm on some idle Tuesday.

Do one thing everyday that scares you.

Sing.

Don't be reckless with other people's hearts, don't put up with people who are reckless with yours.

Floss.

Don't waste your time on jealousy;
Sometimes you're ahead,
Sometimes You're behind.
The race is long, and in the end, it's only with yourself.

Remember the compliments you receive, forget the insults;
If you Succeed in doing this, tell me how.

Keep your old love letters, throw away your old bank statements.

Stretch.

Don't feel guilty if you don't know what you want to do with your
Life.
The most interesting people I know didn't know at 22 what they wanted to do with their lives, some of the most interesting 40 year olds I know still don't.

Get plenty of calcium.

Be kind to your knees, you'll miss them when they're gone.

Maybe you'll marry, maybe you won't, maybe you'll have children, maybe you won't, maybe you'll divorce at 40, maybe you'll dance the funky chicken on your 75th wedding anniversary.
Whatever you do, don't Congratulate yourself too much or berate yourself either.
Your choices are half chance, so are everybody else's.
Enjoy your body, Use it every way you can... Don't be afraid of it, or what other people Think of it,
It's the greatest instrument you'll ever own...

Dance... even if you have nowhere to do it but in your own living room.

Read the directions, even if you don't follow them.

Do NOT read beauty magazines, they will only make you feel ugly.

Brother and sister together we'll make it through
Someday your spirit will take you and guide you there
I know you've been hurting, but I've been waiting to be there
For you.
And I'll be there, just tell me now, whenever I can.
Everybody's free.

Get to know your parents, you never know when they'll be gone for good.

Be nice to your siblings;
They are the best link to your past and the people most likely to stick with you in the future.

Understand that friends come and go, but for the precious few you should hold on.
Work hard to bridge the gaps in geography and lifestyle because the older you get, the more you need the people you knew when you were young.

Live in New York City once, but leave before it makes you hard;
Live in Northern California once, but leave before it makes you soft.

Travel.

Accept certain inalienable truths, prices will rise, politicians will Philander, you too will get old, and when you do you'll fantasize that when you were young prices were reasonable, politicians were noble and children respected their elders.

Respect your elders.

Don't expect anyone else to support you.
Maybe you have a trust fund, Maybe you have a wealthy spouse; but you never know when either one might run out.

Don't mess too much with your hair, or by the time you're 40, it will look 85.

Be careful whose advice you buy, but, be patient with those who supply it. Advice is a form of nostalgia, dispensing it is a way of fishing the past from the disposal, wiping it off, painting over the ugly parts and recycling it for more than it's worth.

But trust me on the sunscreen...

(Brother and sister together we'll make it through
Someday your spirit will take you and guide you there
I know you've been hurting, but I've been waiting to be there
For you. And I'll be there, just tell me now, whenever I can.
Everybody's free.)

iCSl again? I am so disappointed in your organization!!! Why are you raising people, where in the real sense, you dont have a job for them, except for your own self "favourites".

I risked been sack for icsl job scam. I passed the entire stage, 1. Got an invite 2. Passed the test 3. Passed the interview conducted by chisom and supervised by Richard 4. I was given their website link to print about 11 pages employers info and 3 guarantors from. My guarantors still doubt me till today, cos they wonder how one could be so close and not clinch the job. Late Oba Egbeda was my third guarantor, for you to know how painful it was to get guarantors of icsl requirements.plus 9 passport size photograph??

Since February this year after I submitted the 11 pages documents, ICSl has never contacted me. I felt used. After all the commitments and raise hope.

God will judge all of you, STOP advertising fake jobs here, so you can sell our CV to your GLND counterparts.

I am coming to your office soon with mopol, just be ready with my file intact, else....
Lol, hope say you gather enough muscle (money and connection) to battle a multi-national in lawsuits. I believe say you fit pass your message without image tarnishing especially as your brain no fit reason you to not disclose your identity (via ur guarantor). So all your anger come from that red part abi? Dem ask you to pay them? Anybody collect money for your hand abi you give person job make he hollam for you? My guy, use your head.

Ok. Actually they are the ones that do more but they are being paid less. I think the reason is cos they are mostly secondary school leavers and even they are older people, those ones might not be graduates.
Exactly... Their qualification is the main factor for the unfortunate disparity in wages. But we(Monitors) did racked our brains o! Those computation no be beans at all.

Nah. I ve worked both as a vaccinator and an independent monitor(twice). Was paid 3000 as a vaccinator and 12000 as an independent monitor. Though the vaccinators are the ones doing the work yet they are the ones being paid the lowest. Its the state of the nation.
My dear, I actually wanted to write 3k because I heard from the grapevine then that that was what they were paid but I felt it won't be the truth since they do more physical work than the Independent Monitors. That was why I said they should be paid 20 - 25k.
Thanks for clarifying.
Jobs/Vacancies / Re: Immunization Scheme - How Much Are They Paid? by IHEKESON: 3:17pm On Oct 10, 2014
I worked twice as a WHO Immunization Monitor while serving (NYSC) last year and I was paid 10k for the three days. That was in Benue state. The Vaccinators should receive between 20 - 25k for the duration of the programme which is usually 3 - 4 days.

Why are Nigerians always concerned about what others tend to gain when there's PR (Public Relations at work).

Anyways, I am trying to see how far we can go if e promote our own Local idea's on the international stage. We never can Tell, Bill Gate or the likes might just take their #Handfie.
I asked a simple question. No need to bring a whole country into it.

We are not the first to start the #Handfie trend. Other countries had it going especially in the #Dettol #Handfie

Thank you. I wish you well.
