I have allergies which is hereditary, about 85% of my family share the same allergies
I eat junk sometimes but i also eat healthy. Having veggies and fruits with my meals is sort of a norm. And i eat over 5times a day
My sleeping habits is erratic. Sometimes i sleep 5hrs, sometimes 10hrs.
I don't work out. . .not even if you pay would i do it but i'm a swimmer.
Despite all these, i'm kinda resilient plus take care of my mental health in the sense that when i get stressed, i do what i must to relieve the stress. [/color]
