Inside the museum located at 8, Gbemisola Street, Allen Avenue, Ikeja, to be and managed by Total Consult, are Fela’s trademark items like dresses, shoes and household materials. The dresses are about 3,000. Others include covers of the albums of the late musician. Images on the album covers bear a variety of styles and typefaces which echo and comment on the works and politics of the artiste. According to the state Commissioner for Tourism and Inter-Government Relations, Mr. Disun Holloway, the Kalakuta Republic Museum is to bring back the old social life and culture to Lagos. He noted that it was impossible to overstate the importance of Fela to Lagos and the global musical village. Clockwise: The museum, Fela’s bedroom and, shoes and pants. From PunchNG
Wande Coal denied it. I am no sopporter of anybody, I like good music whether the musician is from Ghana or Conco doesnt matter. All am trying to say is, Dbanj is a braggard, he is old but doesnt respect his old age. He goes all over the net and media bragging he owns this and that while Jazzy is cool headed and doesnt make noise. Ask Wnade Coal who owns what, Dbanj is a braggard and should not forget he was a 419 scammer in London. Na maga money dem use set up Mo Hits, ask any Nigerian in UK its no secret...
Why contradict yourself? It's all about the music, so everyone arguing on who made who is wasting their time. I believe both D'Banj and Don Jazzy owe each other some gratitude so stop splashing e-spit everywhere jor. |

I find this too funny and incredulous to even get offended ![]() ![]() |
Really? I'm using a phone too and it looks fine. Guess it has to do with screen size? |
So I thought I'd go on IrokoTV and watch me some good old Nollywood movie after a draining day. Settled in with ice cream, feet tucked in and phone kept away. Sorry, not tonight boo ![]() Saw an epic movie starring Genevieve before deciding to go with Circle of Secret starring Tonto, Muna and Annie Macauley. It was alright till I got towards the end of the first part and DAMN! I mean what was the director thinking that he couldn't take time to cut and address the issue of his actress' outfit? Where were the team responsible for wardrobe? If this was an old movie I would have laughed it off and said "thank God we have come a long way" but no! this movie was done this year!! Do you see what I'm seeing? Is this common and am I simply just overreacting ![]()
