I can see that tool being used at point of entries as well. Opens the door to a lot of first amendment issues esp. what type of speech would be impermissible to be denied entry/visa or be deported for.

Honestly, in this environment, if I was a visa holder or had a green card, I would refrain from all social media.
I didn't get my US citizenship until I was 24 though I was eligible years earlier.
We had protests in college, took over a building, I had an article published in the Boston Globe.
In this environment I would never be that active given I did all that with a green card.
