SpaceX:
Did you see the clips flying around of old cold-hearted criminal nancy pelosi attacking CNN Jake Tapper? She a!most slapped him, I hope you don't have that bitterness in you, come Nov 5th the old b*tch might possibly hang herself.

Here are some :
1. The Agriculture Improvement Act
2. Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act
3. The VA MISSION Act
4. Study of Underrepresented Classes Chasing Engineering and Science Success Act

I can go on and on, they are in thousands and probably take me a year to list all.
1.) The Agriculture Improvement Act
This is the Farm Bill that was expiring. It was extended in 2018. It expired and was extended again in 2023 and Biden Reauthorized it.
In fact 13 Senate Republicans voted against it.
This wasn't Trump's policy.

2.)
The Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act. The bill eased financial regulations imposed by the Dodd–Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act after the financial crisis of 2007–2008.
[b]Specifically, the bill raised the threshold from $50 billion to $250 billion under which banks are deemed too big to fail.
[5] The bill also eliminated the Volcker Rule for small banks with less than $10 billion in assets.[6]
Dodd Frank was passed after the financial collapse. It's meant to stress test banks.
You remember those banks that failed a few years ago? Costing customers money and the Federal government had to step in to guarantee people's money so other banks wouldn't fail? Yeah, this legislation was part of the reason. Those banks were exempt from this stress test.

3.)
Spin, hyperbole and deception: How Trump claimed credit for an Obama veterans achievement
President Trump has told mistruths about the 2014 VA Choice Act more than 156 times, seeking to deny the contributions of rivals including Barack Obama and John McCain .
The first time President Trump claimed false credit for the Veterans Access, Choice and Accountability Act — which President Barack Obama signed into law in 2014 — was on June 6, 2018. That day, as Trump signed the Mission Act, a modest update to the bipartisan VA Choice legislation, he seemed to conflate the two.
Again, this was Obama's policy that was slightly amended.

4.) Study of Underrepresented Classes Chasing Engineering and Science Success Act
Was this a policy? This was a report.

Again, which one of these policies do you think helped create the best Economy ever that he keeps talking about? You can keep listing them as I don't see any there. Seems that since these are the only things you could google, you admit there are none. And it's not shocking that these policies you listed were Democratic policies that got updated, or policies that expired that needed to be renewed. All Democratic policies. Let that sink in. Seems, you want Dems to enact Dem policies.

Whom are you trying to fool? Is Ijebos paying you to peddle his lies ?
You and your lot have been consistently wrong about everything US election based since the 2020 election.

And the US mail in system is safe and secure.
Here is the tracking details for my Mail in Ballot. I procrastinated sending my primary ballot in so I had to vote in person.

The US system is very sophisticated in the way it tracks ballots. It shows you when it was mailed to you, received back by the state and the status. Even the Post Office has modernized their systems, I get an email every morning with the pieces of mail destined to my address. Because of that It is very hard for any large scale Mail in Ballot rigging to happen.

Your understanding is based on the bastardized and corrupt Nigerian system. That is all you know. But that is not the reality of the US system.

What's to blame for inflation.. the infrastructure act or Trump?
You keep running your mouth about Harris's policies. So, I asked you one question about Trump's policies. And here you are dodging.
This should be easy.
So, name me one policy Trump was responsible for that helped the middle class economically.
Just one policy that he helped enact that brought about this great economic period you guys keep going on about.

Again policies take time to go into effect. Even the decrease in the interest rate, we won't see the affects of for months maybe early next year.

N350,000 = $218, how many places in the world can you fly 1 hour return flight for less than $200huh

Is the plane made in Guasau?
Are the parts made in Uyo?
is the steel from Zungeru?
is the fuel from Warri?
Were the pilots and crew trained in FUTA?

The whole airline industry anywhere in the world is an international business and priced in international money.
Keep dreaming and praying for $15 flight ticket.
A lot of places. I can go to NY round trip for $100-200 depending on the airline. NY is about a 1 hour flight.
The Abuja route should be a popular flight.
Given that US wages, regulations, airport fees, taxes etc. are so much more than Nigeria, the Nigeria price doesn't make much sense.

I've asked this question before in terms of the last 20 years. Let's just leave it to Trump this time.
For you, Raumdeuter, LordAdam16, SpaceX and your merry group of Trump sycophants.

Name 1 policy that helped the US middle class more than the US upper class that Trump helped usher through. His tax cuts don't count as the Tux Cuts benefited the wealthy more and trickle down economics have never worked.

I'll name a some from Biden/Harris
-Chips and Science Act
-BiPartisan Infrastructure Bill
-Inflation Reduction Act
I think this is hilarious. All these Trumpers on this thread keep talking about Harris has no policies. Yet, none can name one policy Trump helped enact while he was President that helped the middle class more than the rich economically. He was President for 4 years right?
The reason is because the economy he got and then trashed was a byproduct of the work Obama did and low, 0, almost negative interest rates at times.

I have been asking this question since I have been on here. What policies have the Republicans passed in the last 20 years that have made America better? What policies has Trump helped pass that has made the middle class economically better more than it has helped the upper class?

Crickets. Because facts don't matter to MAGA, just emotional BS.

Okay my bad.

But even at that, I doubt the quotation he made is right. We saw screenshots on this thread days ago showing Harris was endorsed by a number of State Teamsters unions.

Anyways I am not too worried by it, I doubt any of those who made those Teamsters polls advantage Trump ever voted for Dems before. Seems to me the leadership have been endorsing Dem Candidates while a good number of their members are Trumpists. My point is that while we see many who voted for Trump in 2016 and 2020 now planning to vote for Dem in 2024 in General Polls, the reverse is the case for Dem voters of 2016 and 2020.
You're right. Even in the midterms, people consistently told pollsters that Economy/border was their #1 issue. But during the exit polls, Reproductive rights was the #1 issue. I'm not sure the pollsters models are accounting for an increase based on Reproductive RIghts.
We will see.

Is airfare from borno to Lagos not 25000?

Why are you offended because he said he paid for a ticket that cheap?

This should be a worry to Onyema and co, not you

You be Keyamo?
Where are you seeing it for 25k?
But his post is misleading. The person probably used his miles/rewards he earned and then paid a small fee for using them.
That's not the price of the ticket.

1.) Where did you see a flight to borno for 25k
2.) The flight did not cost 2.5k. He most likely got the flight for 2.5k because he had miles/points/reward that he had earned from previous flights that he used to offset the price. Because you can offset the price based on rewards doesn't make that the real price.
Travel › Re: Flight Ticket From Lagos To Abuja Is ₦143k (Picture) by IjeBos(m):
I don't know about now, but the pricing based on location when I was last bought tickets seemed weird.
Prices to the northern destinations were incredibly cheaper than anywhere to the east for the same Xmas period. I think I bought a ticket to a northern airport for 1/3 the price I bought one to the East. And the flight time would be less. I hope there is a business reason for that.

But, tickets even last Xmas made no sense. I made a reservation/hold for a flight to GH and when I went to pay it went up. Was pissed called in to enquire how a price on a reservation can go up and the rep said exchange rate. huh? I needed to make the trip, went to pay the new price and it went up again. All in a 2 hour period. And the rate was astronomical for a 1 hour and so flight to begin with anyhow.

Talking to these people is extremely exhausting. They say things that make my brain hurt. It’s shocking at times. As the saying goes, stupidity is unable to recognize itself so they will continue the chest beating and enjoy the bliss of ignorance.

Trump doesn’t bother me as much as the number of people who are willing to support someone so incoherent, vile, mannerless and hostile. Don’t they have children and want better role models for them? This is a person who had no regard for the democratic process and who tried to overthrow the government. It’s the biggest threat and enemy from within. 1930s Germany comes to mind.

Trump might or might not disappear in November but knowing how many people were willing to support him made me lose some hope for humanity.
Yeah, esp. reading the posts on this site. It's somewhat depressing and sad. And as you said exhausting.
And the non Nigerian commentators make it even worse. You have a wealth of information online, you can see how tribalism, corruption, lying and autocratic tendencies hurt a country first hand (Nigeria). And yet, you choose to willingly support the same in a leader for another country. The frustrating part from that is understanding that Nigeria will most likely be in a bad place for a long time.
I'm exhausted by it all.

Business › Re: CBN Increases Interest Rate To 27.25% From 26.75% by IjeBos(m):
This seems a huge gamble. I assume he understands economics so there has to be basis for this. But I can't figure it out.
Increasing the interest rate will decrease the money supply. Decreasing the money supply will make it harder and more expensive to borrow. People are already struggling with liquidity, where do they get the capital to invest and hire more people or pay the salaries of their workers? In a country with already high unemployment that would drive unemployment even higher and force businesses to close. That is the reason the US FED decided to drop interest rates... the economy seemed on the precipice of contracting and unemployment increasing because of the high interest rates.

Unless there's something i'm missing with the Economy, or they are willing to let a lot of people suffer, I don't get this.

RFK has filed and emergency appeal to get on Ballot in New York.

He is asking the Supreme court to put his name on the ballot since it may help Trump in NY.
The ballots in NY are probably already printed as some of them should go out sometime next week.

This is after RFK fought in NC to take his name of the ballot. The Republican North Carolina Supreme Court made the state take his name off that ballot. It Cost millions to reprint the ballots and delayed not only sending the ballots out but may delay overseas military personal from receiving it on time. RFK fought this because his name on the ballot hurts Trump in NC.

This is what a party does when they believe they can't win an election and are comfortable cheating.

RFK Jr. asks Supreme Court to restore him on New York ballot
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. asked the Supreme Court for an emergency intervention to restore his name on New York’s presidential ballot.
Lower courts excluded the former independent candidate from the ballot after finding he falsely claimed residency in the state because his Katonah, N.Y., address was not his fixed and permanent residency.
