✓Avoid walking outside from ur room suddenly if u ar staying in 100series. Always observe, cos of water pourers from 200,300,400 series

13. 40 passports (tho you only need *2piece* for physical clearance, others will be used for other clearance

14. 7 Office files *(you are required to arrange your photocopies in the 6 files one each, the original documents should be arranged in one file)*
(I know say some people nor go understand dis part )

15. New olevel scratch card (unscratched)
Your clearance officer will have to verify your grades online.

NB:
1. You are required to submit only two (2) files to your clearance officer ( one file that contain one photocopy each, and other file that contain original documents) ,
( E be like say I speak French 4 this part )

2. Your *Original documents* is just for sight seeing by the clearance officer ie you will be given back immediately. ( nor leave ur original documents with anybody oh, I use God beg you )

3. The Other Six (6) photocopies will be used for department clearance, faculty clearance, manual course registration, Record files submission

4. Your student account must display *cleared* before you can pay school fees

Remember, temporary accommodation last for just 3weeks, by that time you must have finished your physical clearance, paid your school fees, and apply for permanent hostel space (which is very limited, on first come first serve basis)..

Please Remember...
�Do not resume on Sunday 5th to the hostel, u won't be allowed in by security till Monday.

� If you know you want to stay in SCHOOL HOSTEL during your physical clearance. Try resume the first week from on the 6th January Anything from the second week, you will start hearing stories like hostel is full, limited space left....i have told you now!

�you will have to buy bed with mackintosh in school before you are allowed in by security. To get your while in school, call my line 08130360980 or WhatsApp to join our Freshers guide

�Once again temporary accommodation is free. Just come from on the 6th with either your UNIBEN ADMISSION LETTER or Acceptance Fee Slip. One of the two will be required at your point of entrance to get you temporary space.

�Payment of hostel(permanent) isn't on yet. You need be done with physical clearance first before applying for permanent space. Hall 1,2(girls hostel) 3 & 4(boys hostel) are all #17000+#1000 booking fee.

�NDDC is strictly for Medical students though with connection, you can get one. Fee is around 35k.

�Hall 5(both male & female) is around 25k while Hall6(new female hostel) is around 45k. Keystone starts from 75k+ and if you ain't got any connection, forget it.

�Hall 1,2,3,4 and 5 houses 8 legal occupants per room tho hall 5 is most spacious of them all. Hall 6 and NDDC houses 4 in a room. While Keystone is more like a self com.

�Also not to forget, after physical clearance comes faculty and Departmental clearances. For Education, so prepare to load ur account bfr coming
� Do not forget to bring padlock to secure your things in the hostel. U Don't know who is who. Thieves are many. U can buy cupboard in school.
