How long did it take the Finish government to sentence Ekpa.
Instead of his lawyers to address issues, they were busy distracting the courts.

Injustice Omotosho wasn't judge but fellow prosecutor of Nigeria government.

20 years. He pleaded guilty and was remorseful..So he was summarily sentenced. Kanu had the opportunity to plead guilty save court's time, apologize and show remorse but he displayed his terroristic tendency in the open court by his rude, crass and brass attitude. The judge had no choice but to convict him accordingly.

The terrorism and Prevention Act 2013 as amended in 2022, of which Kanu was convicted of, made no provision for life sentence.... The offence carries the maximum punishment which is DEATH no addiction or minus. The judge should not because, he wanted to temper justice with mercy, import or lessen the punishment in variance with the act.

The Federal Govt. should as a matter of urgent importance approach the Appeal court for the reinstatement of the correct judgement. .
