Wike spoke on phone to the CDS but even that wasn't enough to get the boys to stand down. Even the current CDS is a boy to the retired Admiral. Wike does not understand nor respect the regimentation that is the Nigerian Military. It is the last surviving institution that politicians have not yet succeeded in fully pocketing.
