Turkey is actually OK for the business minded person. Buying and selling cos they have lovely clothes and shoes. Create job for yourself. As for those asking about agent, you don't need any agent to process your application. Just go to the website and follow through. Package ur documents and hope for the best. They issue visa once you present correct documents and during interview, prove to them you know what you are doing. Last time, I was interviewed, someone was going for student visa and basic question, he could not answer and you expect them to issue visa... |
Some positions in Financial institutions have to get CBN approval especially banks MDs I was beginning to wonder when CBN became so jobless to the extent of issuing letters concerning the employment of bank workers especially ORDINARY MFB. It is like asking NNPC to provide letter for the petrol station attendant attending a Visa interview.[/quote] |
I can relate with your post. Turkey is good for the business minded person. Lots of opportunities abound in Turkey. Just need Patience and the Grace of God. JeksNelius: |
For those interested in applying for Business Visa to Turkey, got this during my visa interview appointment in Abuja.

Ribadu you are correctly wrong on this. I believe those foreign Governors didn't just come into Nigeria in their personal capacity. They are representing the position of the Chadian Government. What will be your party's reaction if a governor from Ghana, SA, US ,UK or an official of EU joins the campaign train of the opposition party because they can move in and out of Nigeria? |
This development is not entirely new in Nigeria.Go to Edo State buses/taxis run on CNG. NIPCO owns and operates the filling stations. Even there are vehicles that run on LPG( cooking gas) just that the level of awareness is still low. Burns cleaner, cheaper/litre, and more efficient. And there are Mechanics/Technicians that does the conversion. Vehicle runs on dual fuel( Petrol or Gas ). If no gas filling plant, switch to petrol. |
SalamRushdie:PUL(Public Utility Levy) is a key component of the CLI(Cleaner Lagos Initiative). Every property owner ( or occupier) especially Residential is expected to pay this PUL to replace the existing LAWMA bill. Why Visionscape should be the only company to manage Residential waste is the issue bearing in mind the size of Lagos State. |
Like someone suggested, a thread can be created to raise money to pay for the operation. The earlier the better. Mods...Kindly do the needful. |
Welcome development if finally implemented. Why we still hold on to this concept of national grid is the reason we are where we are presently. Our transmission infrastructure can't handle more than 5000Mw presently. They should go for off- grid mode. The cost per kWh is a bit high though compared with what obtains elsewhere. Are we not using the same Sun? |

The landing cost of PMS is a function of the cost of crude in the international market. Presently, the landing cost should be lower and this should impact on the pump price of PMS,Kerosene and AGO. Consequently, if we are still buying PMS at N97, then subsidy (if present) from FG should be reduced to the so called marketers. |
If this news is true, then it is misplaced priority of the highest order! @ =N=3mn per unit, that amount will build close to 20,000 units of 3 bedroom bungalow( land not inclusive). |
During GEJ's media chat,he asked why state university lecturers should go on strike when they are not funded by the federal Government.....Now these market women are asking almost the same question as if ASUU stands for Academic Staff Union of Federal Universities. I smell a rat here!! |
oweniwe: you are talking and reasoning like this because you are a consumer of goods and services, not a producer or manufacturer or employer of labor. . If you are a producer. . . Of lets say steel rods. . . You want to employ more people and add value to your country. . . You will not be reasoning that way. . .Nigerians are no fools.they patronize locally made goods at the right price and quality |
12.5kg of LPG(cooking gas) = 21.875litres @3000 naira / 12.5kg cylinder amounts to N137 / litre. How much is a litre of Kerosene? LPG calorific value( amount of heat released when burned) is higher when compared to kerosene.that is the reason LPG cooks faster. Also, gas burns cleaner Even gas is safer cos it can't be adulterated like Kerosene. How many times have you heard about explosion caused by gas? As long as gas in confined in the cylinder, hose and the appliance,no problem. Even in modern gas installations,if there is leakage along line, automatically gas supply would be shut- off via safety valves. Conclusion, switch to Gas!! |
We have LPG storage tanks in various sizes for sale Sizes from 1000 - 4480 litres. Can be used for Mini-Gas plants. Interested? Contact 08055109979 |
@poster I work with a gas company. LPG business is very Lucrative.before the NLNG and NIMASA tussle,ex-depot price per litre of LPG was N81 and retail price to end users was in the range of N135-N145 depending on the location. So the key is growing up customer base gradually! Kindly send the report to: dmplanventures@gmail.com |
